1. Hospitality was quite mild, did not feel very welcome 2. Room service did not understand basic English 3. Quality person (I guess Nour) did not receive calls after 6pm, did not confirm hotel reservation time and gave misinformation on half board coverage 4. Half-board not defined properly 5. Inefficient use of hotel space (beach facing property but many beach facing hotels or rooms)

I stayed for 4 nights in family room, everything was basic, service, food, room, staff was usually busy to serve and looks unhappy, preference goes always to foreigners to serve The curtain in the room was transparent so sun enter the room from sunrise, I requested to resolve this but no answer Don’t recommend alcart Resturant specially the Lebanese as they offer grills only to taste not to have your dinner Chilled water is always not available at the beach bars , in addition of other drinks so need to fo to reception bar to have your drink or cold water The hotel main focus is cost saving you will feel this in everything around and in how meals timing are designed, how activities are overlapped Price is reasonable compared with other but service and quality is much lower
