5/5 excellent resort, food 10/10, rooms are spacious, beach is beautiful, water park has amazing rides and restaurant there as well. This resort has 4 Ala carte restaurants for Lebanese cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Italian cuisine and Mongolian cuisine. We loved Mongolian cuisine the most. Staffs are nice and friendly. We went in December so entertainment is not very impressive but still they have evening shows and some activities all day but I noticed ppl are not participating in. Our guest representative at resort is Muhammad Atif he was friendly and he looked after us well. Their entertainer Joker is too good we loved his fire show. There is Spa in resort as well. We booked full Hamam with body massage for $40 each. Which was average. In their salon section I got facial, hair dyed and pedicure services they are Ok I m not happy what they hair dyed. They are not professional so please do on your risk. Not recommended for hair dye . We have amazing time with my family booked 2 rooms. Enjoyed our trip and highly recommended

We didn't like it, the food is the same and also on schedule every 4 hours, there is no place to have a snack. The animation is not very good. At 12 they took off the bracelets and left us without lunch and drinks until the evening. The hotel is undergoing renovations, we couldn't sleep. They didn't want to take cents, they demanded to pay in paper money

Good hotel but cleanliness is the worst

I was on a trip a week ago inside the Movenpick resort and after a nice reception from the reception desk and Mrs. Liubov we went to our room number 4020 and it was very good in terms of shape and view but the cleanliness was very bad the room was not cleaned continuously yes it is a wonderful and beautiful hotel but the cleanliness is not good please pay attention so that we come back again
