Beautiful Grounds, Poor Standards –> Avoid!

If you think “5-star” means hygiene, professionalism, and service, think again. This was the most disappointing family holiday we’ve ever had. Beautifully landscaped grounds and a nearby aquapark are the only highlights. Hygiene is shockingly poor for a 5-star hotel: dirty cloths used to wipe tables, food remnants on chairs, unclean pool toilets with strong urine smell. Service is patchy unless you tip. We had stomach issues our entire stay. Kids’ disco starts at 9 p.m. (far too late), Soma Bay water is murky for snorkelling, and the spa is style over substance: unprofessional massages, no towels or scrub in the hammam. Worst of all: my wife’s pedicure ended with a deep cut to her toe, it is now infected. Complaint lodged, no response from management (is there a manager?). Stil waiting. Save your money —> there are far better (Accor) hotels in the area.

Terrible Experience – Completely Ruined My Vacation

I booked a premium room specifically to use the jacuzzi. I arrived at 1 PM and stayed until 5 PM, but the jacuzzi was broken the entire time. Every time I asked, they told me it would be fixed in 10 minutes, but it never was. In the end, they refunded my money and I left the hotel. I came for a relaxing vacation, but instead they stressed me out and ruined it. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern if a guest leaves unhappy. The room was hot, the drinking water was warm — literally everything was terrible

Worst Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

I stayed for 6 days, and each day was worse than the one before. It started with a complete disaster at check-in — we had 7 rooms booked, and even the front desk didn’t know some were already occupied! We walked into rooms to find other guests already inside. Total chaos. The food was terrible, the staff looked frustrated and uninterested, rarely offering help or even a smile. The facilities are poorly maintained and far below basic standards. They clearly know nothing about hospitality. Even the “all-inclusive” package is bizarre — everything is restricted to certain hours. The pool and restaurant are far too small for the number of guests, making it overcrowded and uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel is not worth your money. Honestly, even a 3-star hotel would be a better choice. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else!
