I booked two nights at your “respected” hotel but I ended up spending only one night, due to several reasons: The hotel is not located at Soma Bay at all. You would rather indicate in the resort is on the Hurghada - Safaga way, but do not market yourself as if you are at Soma bay, you barely near to it. Also the service was really bad, not only against Movenpick standards, but also against any respectful 5* hotel. Moreover, the food was the worst on the top of my experience, not even close to the food being served in any 2* hotel. No variety, no taste or quality. Lastly, the hotel was a sort of a chaos to the extent that we were surprised by someone (another guest) opening our room door because surprisingly he had access to our room by mistake. He as well got surprised, apologised and said that he might have received the wrong room/key from the reception. The only good thing about the so called “resort” is the staff members who were really kind and respectful from the moment we arrived, and special thanks goes to Rewan, the receptionist who was doing her best to help us. Lastly, I have requested a refund on the night that I did not spend in the unbearable hotel, through the company I have through (Laxpedia) waiting your kind response. Thank you for allowing me to rate and review my bad experience.
