It was very nice, I would come again. Perhaps the best vacation hotel I've ever been to, beautiful exterior, spaciousness, peace and quiet. A lot of space for sports, an excellent animation team, especially the guy who is the only white person _ I apologize for not remembering his name, the guy has wonderful energy, his training sessions in the water are the longest, in the evening he is in the best mood, he is extremely professional, he has the same approach to all guests and who participates and who does not, he responds to everyone.All praises for Mohamed and Ahmed at the reception, also big praises for the waiters who work on the terrace of the restaurant and everyone else. The only remark refers to Amina from the animation team, who takes the phones of the guests, politely asks them to open google and herself gives reviews of the hotel on behalf of the guests, especially the younger ones,she also approached my daughter, who is 16 years old, and that's how I found out what she was doing, and for days I wondered why she just comes up, smiles politely, asks someone for a phone, briefly finish and leave. It is not fair, such a hotel does not need such a reputation. My experience is tied to the people I have interacted with. Everything except for the behavior of Amina from the animation team and the gentleman who sells souvenirs on the beach near the showers and who throws women from Europe _ apart from those two, all the praise is left. Even the renovation and the works did not bother me that much, and it was heard quite as much as the impression of the previous situation that I mentioned.

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Mercure Hurghada Hotel team for their warm hospitality throughout our stay, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Mr. Hisham at the front desk for making the check-in process so smooth and for offering us a spacious, well-located room with complimentary internet access. I would also like to thank Mr. Ahmed at the small pool bar for his polite and friendly manner. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to the housekeeping staff, who responded to every request promptly and always with a smile. The food was tasty; however, I felt that there was limited variety, particularly at lunch and dinner. My only negative point was the balcony’s high solid wall/railing, which completely blocked the view and created a rather gloomy atmosphere
