The cleaning staff adel, Khalid modaser, made sure we had the best experience in our hotel room it was always clean to the fullest. Everything is ok, especially the animation staff, the beach, the water and the sun score 10 clean rooms, the food in the restaurants is ok. I like boca and aquaaerobic. Aninators are very nice, especialy Tamara. Very kind and polite and friendly. Kudos to All!

Reception Hisham good. Nice and clean room with sea view. The sunrise was visible to us from the balcony. Each day, we was given bottled water, instant coffee, and tea in the room. Very good Massage to saloon. The dishes were well cooked, and tasty. We had to choose to eat from the buffet every time. We had great stay here to Mercure Hurghada Hotel.
