Where shall I start over all it was a 7 star service. All staff members - I mean all - are the best I have ever encountered I am a regular traveller and a Accor Dimond member. From reception staff to restraunt staff to lifeguards to cleaners are full of warmth and smile and make your stay in this 4 star hotel 7 star. I had to write names down to share I have never done this before just to name a few Omar Hasan Abdullah Essam Sarah Basant Ahmad Head chef I have made friends for life thankyou so so much I never encountered anyone who was moody having a day off etc all staff are so professional. Thank you so so much you truly are superstars. And above all is my dear friend Hassan from the outside hut near the pool a man of great integrity and love, he made my family stay so wonderful. I made time just to meet him each day as it made my day. He and the chef Ahmad made sure my son who has dietary needs (Gluten free diet)was catered for everyday during the day near the pool. My son also had a chef walk him through the restaurant each day making sure he knew what he could eat and fulfilled his request if he wanted something not on the menu. I have stayed at Raffles,pullman, movinpick and sofitel but for service from staff this was far the best. Now in regards to the hotel it is alittle tierd and needs some TLC but it looks like it is under renovation and soon will be a movinpick hotel. The whole resort is good with good facilities what you would expect from a 4 star but like I said the service makes up for the shortcomings. Cleaning could be alittle more thorough and not just a quick wipe down at times it seemed that is what was hapenning. Also bed sheet should be changed every 3 days at least. Food overall is of good quality and a good variety for breakfast l, Lunch and Dinner. Fish dishes, shushi is amazing. Thank you once again for making my stay ine to remember with lovely posative memories I will cherish forever. Please share my comments and mention my regards to all staff when you change to movinpick my suggestion keep the staff they are amazing credit to you.
