Eeverything was cool, the rooms were very comfortable, the cleaning was good. I won't say that I really liked the animation, it was a little boring. The food was not varied, it was the same every day, but the choice was large, the food was delicious Overall, 8/10 It’s pretty good place to spend holidays.

Super Hotel with a good staff. a beautiful private beach not to far from the rooms. The room is big and clean. The delicious Cocktails, the staff in Azur bar are superb, kind, friendly and respectful( special thank you to Hassan, shahin, Karim). I enjoyed every activities with the amazing animation team , the evening shows are so interesting to watch. I will not finish the comment without saying a big thank you to Rose the flower of the hotel, always here to invite us in the activities. Our vacation was perfect and for sure we will come back next year. Highly recommended! Family, solo, couple your vacation will be very nice.😊

It is pretty run down place, only outside is ok. Rooms look like from 80s. Way too many people for that one all inclusive restaurant, the crowds, the service abd the food are at the best 3 star place. Beach is nice, but also overcrowded. They ran out if beach towels around 3pm. My biggest complaint is about 3rd party service for snorkeling trips. I was not happy about the trip (could not get the suitable mask) and was ridiculed by the staff. Hotel did nothing. Very disappointing. Do not recomend the place if you have any other option.
