The staff is helpful and friendly, especially the staff from ultra bar ( Ahmed, Serag and Moustafa ). The Maroccan Restaurant was very good. The room very clean, they changed the towels daliy. the room wasn't cleaned daily, had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out! waiting for delivery around 15m as security keep telling them to go from different entrance!

A mid scale experience

Despite the expansive sea view of the hotel, it is in real need for refurbishment either in restaurants or rooms. As an ALL Gold member, I was greeted with a complimentary welcome drink at Ultra Bar, but awkwardly I was downgraded to a standard sea-view room (#1905) although I booked a superior pool-view room with an early check-in request! Moreover, the spa was not complimentary to access for Gold members as the benefits suggest! Unfortunately, there are no free WiFi for Gold members either in rooms or public areas! And the only free WiFi provided in the lobby was sluggish, unresponsive, and unreliable! The food was of good quality, and it needs some variety on a daily basis so as not to get repetitive. The snacks at the pool bar was really yummy! They served very tasty burgers with fries. The new-year party was fun to attend, so thanks for the team behind it.

The hotel building looking and view is very good and the beach is also okay but the food quality and staff service is not that good and when we arrived we were pleased that they have upgraded our room to be a sea view but when we got the room it was so small not fitting two people and baby and it wasnt cleaned as the dust allover the place we called them and we moved again to anthor room but still not that cleaned and the water boiler wasnt cleaned and not well mantained

Actually we booked 4 nights but we only spent 1 night as my wife had to go to cairo to undergo an emergency medical operation. But from the 2 days we spent the hotel was lovely, clean and well organized and staff were very friendly. We hope to come back soonest.

Food quality lower than expected. Facilities outdated and worn. Resort staff were generally quite friendly, however those offering pay-per-use services, such as massage, photography, etc. were aggressive and pushy and some would not take no for an answer. I don't want to be aggressively sold products and did not enjoy this.

We had no issue that was not well addressed and fixed with care. Food was better than last year, entertainment though was on the downside, while we really appreciate the skill and the fun spirit of the guy responsible for the kids show, but the rest was not really good. Also on the downside the pool was not heated, and almost no body was in it all the time due to its cold temperatures, the management didn't think it is time to turn the heating on yet, though when we came last year at the same time it was crowded more than the sea, cause it was heated. Last issue were the hot water, it came to our knowledge after we complained twice, that every two rooms share one electric heater of 60 litre capacity, so at many occasions we had no hot water in the room. That is one huge issue, you should install large sunpowered heaters like most hotels do, or at least each room should have its own heater

I stayed with my family for 5 nights. Everything was perfect . Food was very tasty and variable . We had one invitation in oriental restaurant if was very good. We are delighted overall.
