Our experience was overall positive. Omar Fouda at the Front desk greeted us with a smile, he was extremely polite and professional, our check in was smooth and quick, he also went the extra mile and gave us a complimentary dinner at the italian restaurant. At the beach bar, Diaa was very friendly and cheerful, he was also very quick and efficient handling many guests at the same time. Abdelrahman Mahmoud at the main restaurant was polite, cheerful and helpful. From our second day, he would get our coffee before being asked. Mr. Zakaria - Duty manager gave us two courtesy calls to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had no complaints. Chef Sherif at the main pool bar was the best, he was very helpful and friendly, his food tasted good and my son was his regular guest! Housekeeping staff and waiters were cheerful and helpful, they made sure we had a memorable experience. The only downside was the food at the main restaurant, it was repetitive, bland and wasn't up to our expectations. Many dishes were left empty during the buffet service. Also the tase wasn't the best for many items. Main restaurant aside, it was an excellent stay and would do it again if the food becomes better.

I choose garden room to make sure I have quiet and calm without pool or beach disturbance from other Guest. But I get room in front of the big construction of Movenpick.. really bad.

Disappointed about the facilities, everything was old and broken. All umbrellas at the pool where broken in some way. Seats where dirty of bird poop. Ac was noisy and didn't work properly. Good thing that the bar and restaurant staff were friendly. The people at reception looked like they couldn't care less and being on their phone was more important. Food was average. Wifi coverage was poor and slow. Very disappointing regarding the price paid. Not 4* worthy
