The villa was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our original suite to a villa. The food was excellent, especially at Mangala Restaurant, which was by far our favorite. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our visit.
The only issue we experienced was the wait time for the shuttle buses, which was sometimes longer than expected. This was especially noticeable given how hot the weather was, and shorter wait times would have made getting around the resort more comfortable.

The hotel was good overall, but I was expecting a more luxurious experience. I felt that there was too much effort needed to move around the resort, find a spot on the beach, and get around using the golf carts. The restaurants also required quite a bit of planning and moving around. For a luxury stay, I expected everything to feel more convenient, comfortable, and effortless.

Overall the hotel was lovely, however all the food, snack bars were in one area, by the beach, great if your rooms were near there. Ours was at the back and the buses were always full. One every 15 mins is ridiculous for a hotel that size. There were some buses that were for Bayview only, why, when you have to go through Bayview to get to the restaurants. I gave up in the second week and walked everywhere. We never had the lunch because it took too long to get there from where we were. A suggestion would be, why can't the pool bars offer snacks like toasted sandwiches, fries pizza slices and have a little freezer tub offering ice lollies. All that was on offer was crisps. This is not a reflection on the staff who were amazing, it's the layout of the food areas, which it would seem was in one area only. The rooms were clean and any issues we had were dealt with promptly. Overall our stay was good but would have been excellent if it had not been for the layout, which in an all exclusive is important.

Overall the hotel was lovely, however all the food, snack bars were in one area, by the beach, great if your rooms were near there. Ours was at the back and the buses were always full. One every 15 mins is ridiculous for a hotel that size. There were some buses that were for Bayview only, why, when you have to go through Bayview to get to the restaurants. I gave up in the second week and walked everywhere. We never had the lunch because it took too long to get there from where we were. A suggestion would be, why can't the pool bars offer snacks like toasted sandwiches, fries pizza slices and have a little freezer tub offering ice lollies. All that was on offer was crisps. This is not a reflection on the staff who were amazing, it's the layout of the food areas, which it would seem was in one area only. The rooms were clean and any issues we had were dealt with promptly. Overall our stay was good but would have been excellent if it had not been for the layout, which in an all exclusive is important.

My stay was great overall, property is very big (this is a disadvantage for us) but very well kept.
I booked a sea view room and my room was at the far end of the property to the back, room was sea view but really distant from the sea. I went to reception after check-in and asked to change my room which they did and I upgraded to a lagon suit (this is an amazing sea front suit, and I gladly paid the difference). I'd like to mention Andrew at the reception who managed the upgrade and made sure we're happy with our new room, and Ihab who remembered my name every time I went to reception through out my stay, it's a very personal touch that's greatly appreciated.
Property has a very nice and big adults only, pool with it's own bar, but this area is missing some food options. At the pool, Mohamed Fawzy, Mostafa and Khalid would go out of there way to make sure you're happy so special thanks to them.
Food options are a lot, but quality at some is not that great. Italian, and the outdoor gril place and underwhelming quality, Salt (sea food) was the best meal at the hotel, and Ali our server did an amazing job listing to our special requirements for our meal.
Buffet, decent choice of food, but quality is below par, and the worst part is that lunch and dinner options where the same through out our stay so it gets boring pretty quickly. Mohamed Samir provided great service there and made us a couple of special items that were not on the buffet to make sure we're happy once I shared that food was really reputative.

This resort is fantastic in all areas- the staff are friendly and helpful. The beach and pools are clean and well kept. Overall, I rated my stay 8 out of 10. I would like to explain why.
First of all, I would like to thank your wonderful staff. The room service was excellent, and housekeeping kept our room in perfect condition every day. The reception team was always professional, friendly, and ready to help.
The restaurants were outstanding. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. I would especially like to thank the chefs, restaurant supervisors, and the entire restaurant team. Their organization, professionalism, and attention to guests were truly exceptional. They deserve 10 out of 10.
My Sea View Suite had a beautiful view, which I really enjoyed. However, I was surprised that it was about 200 meters from the beach. When booking a Sea View room, I expected to be much closer to the sea.
The biggest disappointment was the beach area. If you do not go to the beach around 6:00 a.m., it becomes almost impossible to find available sunbeds later in the morning. By around 9:00 a.m., there are usually no free sunbeds left. In addition, the umbrellas are not positioned in the most comfortable way, making the beach experience less enjoyable. I believe this is an area that needs significant improvement.
I would also like to mention that your staff is one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Every employee I met was kind, respectful, and genuinely wanted to help. However, in my opinion, there are simply not enough staff members. When an employee has time, they provide outstanding service and do everything possible to make guests happy. Unfortunately, because they are often very busy, they cannot always give every guest the attention they deserve.
I sincerely hope you will consider these comments, as I believe they can make an already excellent hotel even better.

This hotel does not meet the standards of a premium resort. If you want a sunbed on the beach, you have to reserve it by 7 a.m. The selection of fruit was very limited. There was not a single watermelon during our stay, and mango was served only twice. We submitted several complaints, and the management did respond and tried to improve the situation. We appreciate their efforts, but overall, this is still not the level of service expected from a premium hotel.

We stayed as a family of 5 in one of the 3 bed Executive Villas.
Everything was exceptional from the moment of check in to the moment we left.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. Unfortunately, my impressions were extremely negative.
The day before the birthday, I emailed the hotel, warned about the holiday, asked about the a la carte restaurants and asked if the hotel was paying any compliments to the birthday boy. They told me they would prepare, but they didn't say anything about restaurants.
Upon arrival, I once again informed the receptionist that it was my husband's birthday. Check-in was supposed to be at 14:00, but we were checked into the room only at 14:30, and then after we ourselves came several times to find out when it would be ready.
Of course, there was no surprise in the room.
The work of the staff left a very unpleasant impression. I can't say that about all the employees, but some of the staff were frankly indifferent. Olga, the receptionist, left a particularly unpleasant impression. I got the feeling that she shouldn't be telling me about the hotel, but I should be telling her. There was no map of the territory at the reception.
To book an à la carte restaurant, we had to go to another counter ourselves. A wonderful young Russian-speaking girl met us there. Thank you so much for your help! Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name. In the same place, I reminded him again that it was my husband's birthday.
The territory of the hotel is large, but this is rather a disadvantage, because you constantly have to wait a long time for a golf cart. There are a lot of them on the territory, but it feels like they drive once every 30 minutes. This kind of waiting is very tiring.
The food is good, the imported alcohol is also good.
Russian Russian music was about to be ordered through a DJ as a gift to my husband, but the receptionist told me that Russian music could not be played. This was very surprising and unpleasantly outraged.
We really liked the Greek restaurant and saved the evening in many ways. Special thanks to the waiter Omar, an excellent employee, attentive and professional.
As a birthday present, the hotel presented her husband with a small cake. To be honest, it looks very modest for a hotel of this level and for such money.
In the end, I can say that I do not recommend this hotel as much as possible. In my opinion, this is not at all the level of service that you would expect from Rixos. For such a price, the expectations were completely different.

The place is nice, and the team is professional. However, I had a bad experience with the golf cart. The staff was limited, and when I requested a golf cart for checkout, it took over 40 minutes. I ended up walking to the reception to check out and bring the golf cart myself.
Another issue was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working well because the air filter wasn’t clean. I requested the maintenance team to fix it, and they removed the filter.
