Dear Rixos Premium Magawish Team, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my feedback. Overall, I rated my stay 8 out of 10. I would like to explain why. First of all, I would like to thank your wonderful staff. The room service was excellent, and housekeeping kept our room in perfect condition every day. The reception team was always professional, friendly, and ready to help. The restaurants were outstanding. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. I would especially like to thank the chefs, restaurant supervisors, and the entire restaurant team. Their organization, professionalism, and attention to guests were truly exceptional. They deserve 10 out of 10. My Sea View Suite had a beautiful view, which I really enjoyed. However, I was surprised that it was about 200 meters from the beach. When booking a Sea View room, I expected to be much closer to the sea. The biggest disappointment was the beach area. If you do not go to the beach around 6:00 a.m., it becomes almost impossible to find available sunbeds later in the morning. By around 9:00 a.m., there are usually no free sunbeds left. In addition, the umbrellas are not positioned in the most comfortable way, making the beach experience less enjoyable. I believe this is an area that needs significant improvement. I would also like to mention that your staff is one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Every employee I met was kind, respectful, and genuinely wanted to help. However, in my opinion, there are simply not enough staff members. When an employee has time, they provide outstanding service and do everything possible to make guests happy. Unfortunately, because they are often very busy, they cannot always give every guest the attention they deserve. I sincerely hope you will consider these comments, as I believe they can make an already excellent hotel even better. Thank you for your hospitality. This hotel does not meet the standards of a premium resort. If you want a sunbed on the beach, you have to reserve it by 7 a.m. The selection of fruit was very limited. There was not a single watermelon during our stay, and mango was served only twice. We submitted several complaints, and the management did respond and tried to improve the situation. We appreciate their efforts, but overall, this is still not the level of service expected from a premium hotel.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. Unfortunately, my impressions were extremely negative. The day before the birthday, I emailed the hotel, warned about the holiday, asked about the a la carte restaurants and asked if the hotel was paying any compliments to the birthday boy. They told me they would prepare, but they didn't say anything about restaurants. Upon arrival, I once again informed the receptionist that it was my husband's birthday. Check-in was supposed to be at 14:00, but we were checked into the room only at 14:30, and then after we ourselves came several times to find out when it would be ready. Of course, there was no surprise in the room. The work of the staff left a very unpleasant impression. I can't say that about all the employees, but some of the staff were frankly indifferent. Olga, the receptionist, left a particularly unpleasant impression. I got the feeling that she shouldn't be telling me about the hotel, but I should be telling her. There was no map of the territory at the reception. To book an à la carte restaurant, we had to go to another counter ourselves. A wonderful young Russian-speaking girl met us there. Thank you so much for your help! Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name. In the same place, I reminded him again that it was my husband's birthday. The territory of the hotel is large, but this is rather a disadvantage, because you constantly have to wait a long time for a golf cart. There are a lot of them on the territory, but it feels like they drive once every 30 minutes. This kind of waiting is very tiring. The food is good, the imported alcohol is also good. Russian Russian music was about to be ordered through a DJ as a gift to my husband, but the receptionist told me that Russian music could not be played. This was very surprising and unpleasantly outraged. We really liked the Greek restaurant and saved the evening in many ways. Special thanks to the waiter Omar, an excellent employee, attentive and professional. As a birthday present, the hotel presented her husband with a small cake. To be honest, it looks very modest for a hotel of this level and for such money. In the end, I can say that I do not recommend this hotel as much as possible. In my opinion, this is not at all the level of service that you would expect from Rixos. For such a price, the expectations were completely different.

The place is nice, and the team is professional. However, I had a bad experience with the golf cart. The staff was limited, and when I requested a golf cart for checkout, it took over 40 minutes. I ended up walking to the reception to check out and bring the golf cart myself. Another issue was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working well because the air filter wasn’t clean. I requested the maintenance team to fix it, and they removed the filter.

Mr Emad and Mariana are great in the front desk and chef Shehta are the highlights of the trip Very poor guest relation team with their leader Geraldine that they are lacking any basic to solve problems ! Starting from not answering calls ! Reported frustration from 2-3 hours wait in the room to get the safe fixed !!! Which stayed broken till we left as I can not keep sitting in the room waiting for ur maintenance person to show up and every time it said 5 min !! First they sent a security person who has just done batteries, made me signed paper and he said some one will come in 5 min , waited till 12:25 almost 2 hours before I headed to guest relation ! I waited half of the day without any help also noted the AC in living room doesn’t work Check in with Omar was the worst till we met Mariana and Mr Emad and they are the reasons I not posting negative review on google or trip advisor Suite 44301 Bassem s.

Overall, our stay was good, but there were a few issues that were disappointing, particularly as we have previously stayed at Rixos properties in Dubai, Sharm El Sheikh, and Abu Dhabi. One frustration was that several drinks listed on the menu were unavailable during our stay. We were also surprised by the significant amount of food waste generated by some guests, although we appreciate that this is largely outside of the hotel's control. Additionally, on a few occasions, when my wife initiated a conversation with staff members, the response was directed to me rather than to her. This left her feeling somewhat overlooked and detracted from our overall experience. Despite these points, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the efforts of the team.

This is mine and my family's 3rd stay at a Rixos hotel and we wouldn't go to another chain! We actually go to the Rixos Belek in August! However Magawish wow, the restaurants, the pools the staff every detail was considered and amazing. Thank you so much for looking after us all so well!

We had a lovely stay with family and the resort was amazing. The room was amazing we didn’t realise we had a pool Attached which was a fantastic surprise. The meal Booking service was easy to use but to book with family we used the concierge staff to assist. The resort was like a little village and the buggies were a nice touch for the kids we were with as the resort was big. Only downfall we had was the entertainment was hit and miss as the time table was not accurate. The two nights of entertainment we saw were private functions we could not attend . Food was great.
