I paid for oceanfront room; I got a sub basement room with gravel and cacti front. Though we booked few days in advance your receptionist didn’t try to change our room. If I knew that this is the room you wanna give us for oceanfront I could have booked the cheaper option you have for garden view room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the beach. The indoor swimming pool and hammam were fantastic, offering a relaxing break during my stay. My room was nice and spacious, and the welcome patisserie was a lovely touch. Room service food was tasty and delivered very quickly. I also enjoyed the hotel’s “chocolate hours”, the young male staff member serving on the 3rd and 4th was especially polite and friendly. However, several issues affected my stay. Although my booking stated that payment was made online, I was asked to pay again at reception, which caused confusion. Additionally, I was assigned the wrong room type (a king instead of a twin). Some male reception staff were quite arrogant, did not explain anything, and even provided incorrect information, such as saying breakfast was included when it wasn’t. The porter handled my bags without any respect, which was disappointing. The Breeze restaurant was also not a pleasant experience, it was too dark, and the staff were rude, even bringing me the bill while I was still enjoying my dessert. Across the hotel, staff seemed constantly on their mobile phones and inattentive to guests. After reading other reviews, it seems this unresponsive and indifferent attitude is not an isolated incident. During breakfast, my table was cleared while I was at the buffet, even though my glass was still completely full. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was very weak, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location, facilities, and some standout staff members, but the service quality and professionalism need significant improvement.
