It was overall a disappointment. A brand like Movernpick raises certain expectations but the delivery fell short. Most of the guests who attended our conference expressed the same concerns: service was slow A. the most common was that cutlery would be missing almost on all days during breakfast A. lunch. It started with a very warm welcome from the reception staff, they were very nice and efficient. The hotel is beautiful, on the beach with turquoise water but also has an incredible pool and spa. The rooms are clean and gorgeous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunis.

Had a fantastic stay. The location is great as it is just on the beach. The reason I gave a negative rating is that we accepted the price quoted at the time of booking and paid the agreed amount upon arrival. However, when we checked out, we were required to pay approximately USD 300 extra without any explanation. This was simply unacceptable. I will also be sharing my experience on Tripadvisor. Also knocking on the door from the hotel stuff in random times, never had this experience.

I am a 10 year user of this hotel and a couple of years ago. I hosted some large parties there and have booked rooms consistently over the 10 years. The Hotel needs to dramatically update the bedrooms which are all showing substantial where and do not suit the price point of this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is well located, and the overall stay was pleasant. However, the service was consistently very slow. The staff were friendly, but almost every request took much longer than expected. The lobby also felt rather cold and lacked a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It could benefit from a cozier design—perhaps with a piano bar or a more inviting lounge area to make it feel livelier and more comfortable. I also reported broken glass in the walkway near the pool leading to the rooms on three separate occasions, but it was never cleaned up, even by the time I checked out. This was a safety hazard, and I almost injured myself. It's disappointing to see this level of attention to detail in a hotel of this standard. It's a pity !!
