I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience during my recent stay at your hotel on 31.10 and 01.11.2024, a stay that was meant to be a joyous occasion as it coincided with my wedding and beginning of my Honeymoon. Unfortunately, several issues marred our experience: 1. Room Reservation Conflict: Despite my explicit request to maintain the same room for both nights of my stay—due to having two separate reservations—I was assured this would not be an issue. However, upon check-in, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a Presidential Suite, only to later be told I would need to vacate this room the following day, causing significant inconvenience during a very special time. 2. Inappropriate Timing of Service Calls: At approximately 8 a.m., we received a call inquiring about the minibar consumption and requested to pay it asap. This was not only intrusive but entirely inappropriate given the hour and the fact that I had left clear instructions not to be disturbed after my wedding celebration. These incidents caused considerable stress and inconvenience during what should have been a seamless and memorable stay. I kindly request an explanation for

The hotel is great with professional staff. Azmi at the reception took care of us like a family member. We enjoyed the suite and of course the delicious breakfast.

The location and facilities at the hotel was great. Service of staff in reception and restaurants were also amazing. It would have been a perfect stay if it wasn’t for these issues: - The room house keeping was quite poor. We stayed for 6 nights and in that time had to chase the reception for toilet paper, body wash (about 3 times); clean towels and they removed our dressing gown the 2nd day and never returned it. - The laundry we paid for was meant to be same day return and we ended up having to chase the next day - Lastly, the lounge at the lobby was a joke. The drinks took so long, I had to keep chasing

Everything was excellent. The staff is amazing, always trying to make you feel special. They gave us an unsolicited room upgrade with views of the sea and the pool. We had issues with the airline that lost our luggage, and the hotel took care of tracking them and provided a driver at no charge to retrieve them. The hotel staff always had a smile, especially Jallel, Sihem, and particularly Wiem at the reception. Lastly, we would like to thank Adel Nafeti, the Chief Concierge. Truly one of the best experiences we've had in terms of service and dedication. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!
