Very disappointed at all levels: Housekeeping (filthy room, they take away the bath robes and never replace bathroom not cleaned properly), breakfast (we seem to be rationed - on one day during my stay the only fruit available was oranges and oranges), front desk (extremely poor), room service - it seems that you disturb them when placing an order.

it was my best experience in Tunis. The hotel was excellent in terms of location, room size, room cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and room accessories. In addition, the indoor swimming pool and spa were fantastic, and the breakfast was exceptional. Room service girls are professionals. Definitely, I will stay in this hotel again, and truly I highly recommend this hotel to others.

i over all enjoyed my stay, the room is quite nice, but the bed sheets and the pillows are frustrating, the AC system is annoying, in which you can't control it and it can get hot inside the room. "in short, the stay can feel like a motel when it comes to the sleeping experience". also, room service, i've tried the beef burger & the tuna sandwich, and their both really really bad, and wouldn't pay 1$ for either one. orange juice doesn't taste as fresh as one would think. so in my experience i thought the hotel is classy, loved the room, and the location. room services isn't that good, and the bedsheets need some work along side the AC system thank you

The only mistake in the hotel, we found a damaged and inedible dinner that they had prepared from the previous night and it had changed its taste and became spoiled, but when alerting the chef, the rice was withdrawn and an apology from us and they asked me to order what I wanted for dinner but I refused the offer and satisfied with the existing, thank you

Was ok...but same poor breakfast 9 days in a row...was nice that Sabine was there to help with what she can...poor service in rooms...and worst service by the reception..the don't understand English...or they don't want to understand

my experience was good, the staff were helpful and friendly. one problem is that when I arrived to my room it was not clean, and the bathroom was smelling bad, i had to request from the reception where they fixed in a good way. also the Iron for the clothes was not good i had to ask and they provided me a new one. it would be great if those details could be dealt with before the guest arrival. on separate, initially i wanted to book 2 weeks standard room, the reception said there are no standard rooms to book and reserved for me the king room. i said when there is a standard room available to inform me so i can downgrade. however after 4 days another friend of mine arrived at the hotel and booked a standard room! i made sure it was not previously booked but after my arrival. i was annoyed with this act. but in general i liked the stay, hope to improve those issues to reflect better hospitality as Movempick is used to

This was my second stay at Movempick Hotel du lac Tunis. The property is really well located. The prices of tea and snacks at the lobby lounge are reasonable and Breakfast offers an extended choice, Special thanks to Ahmed Guest Relation Manager for the follow-up of my well being during my stay.
