I came on 4May with my company Saudia Airlines for one night, really I choked about the bad attitude and behaviour of the reception. since we are in airport no one with us. In the hôtel, we were waiting like one for key and she brief us with french language!!! And this is not acceptable at all also no welcome drinks, I felt shy because they cannot provide Strawberry or lemon juice for my colleagues and many things!!

room was clean . lunch options cold have been changed .....everyday only pasta corner v. little for veg - even most salads had meat or fish.

I would have rated the stay higher but on the first three days the internet was not working in my room 341 which meant I had to stand in the corridor to receive calls, send mails etc. which was a problem. Subsequently Mr. Omar provided a box in the room itself which was a good solution, thanks
