I stayed at Ibis Tunis for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is extremely clean and the location is excellent, close to many important places in the city. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always smiling, which really made the stay more comfortable. Housekeeping was also very polite and professional. One of the best things about this hotel is the bed and pillows — they were incredibly comfortable and ensured great sleep every night. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast buffet. The options were quite repetitive, especially the desserts, which were mostly the same with only different shapes. I would also like to see the hotel have a proper restaurant with a full menu, similar to what is offered at Novotel. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff, and I would consider staying here again.

In 2025, I have stayed in either Ibis or Novotel Tunis (sister hotels) a total of eight times this year, with one more stay booked in 10 days. Ibis Tunis has become my home away from home, and all the staff, from the housekeeper to the security guard, the bartender to reception, such as Safa and Sawssen, have become like family to me. I can't wait to continue to stay at your hotel in 2026!
