Just one night before an early flight. Bartender and Receptionist were extremely nice and their English language level was really good. Room was missing a shower cap... but I saw mostly men in reception, so I guess most of them don't want one, just me as a long haired woman... hahaha

Hamed was the only staff member at the bar, who was actually sweet. He smiled. Everyone else, for some reason weren't pleasant.

-Clean room, tasty and rich restaurant menu. -The w.c. is in a different room then the place we take a shower. Early in the morning that I left the hotel, I could not pay with credit card due to their system malfunction so I paid with cash.

Very please to find the renewal of the hotel completed. The moquette in the corridors was changed, the beds were improved- firm and good for the back this was the most important item,and a new chair in the room.

Everything was perfect. The check-in and checkout goes smoothly. The room was clean and the room service is good. The staff were friendly. The location was just perfect. The only downside is that there's no one helped me with carrying the lugage to or from the room.

I was with a guest visitor from Luxembourg to whom I've personally recommended the Ibis hotel for his short stay in Tunis and booked for 3 nights. I decided the evening of Friday November 22th, to stay in Ibis with my guest visitor. While I was checking in, there was already a hotel's guest who was complaining about the wifi. I asked the receptionist to make sure to give me a room in a floor where the wifi is working, she said of course. I've been given room 524, and at my surprise the wifi was not available. I called 3 times to complain about it since I needed the wifi to send professional and important emails, and I've been told every time that they gonna be back to me. Which was not the case, since it was me who called again to make sure they're taking seriously my complain. I asked to be removed to another room. The receptionist said that there was no wifi in the whole hotel. Which it's not true since my guest visitor who was in the second floor had access to wifi, that was weak though. I was really frustrated, since I made a long trip from Sfax and after a busy day all I needed, is to be able to finish my work and sleep. The deception didn't end, since I discovered that the bathroom sink was leaking. It was late, I was tired and disappointed about how my first claim has been treated, so I didn't call the reception. The next day, at the checking out, I spoke out my dissatisfaction about my stay last night and the reason why, I was expecting that the receptionist would actively try to make me happy and satisfied. All he said, that they will try to fix it for my next stay, and I said there will be probably no next stay in this hotel. I paid my breakfast and left. Frankly, for the price 195+ 22= 217 TND for a tiny room with no view, with no wifi, with leaking sink and unprofessional staff, it's too much. It was the first and the last time I would stay in ibis hotel tunis, and would never recommend it again to any of my contact.
