Dear, the Men on Reception was so nice and welcoming! BUT -the boys on the entrance (shweizars) where terrible!

Very poor restaurant, buffet on one of the days there was no food at 9pm, desserts were never available, à la carte took a long time to serve, disorganization in table service. and there were always mistakes in billing, - Cleaning ok, Very poor English of employees.

I would like to thank the Ibis team for their commitment, a special thanks to Hamza and Sameh from the reception. The management of Ibis should repair the second elevator as it takes more waiting time. You also need to improve the quality of the internet signal. The rest of the service was perfect
