Big problems on water for shower despite claim on front desk and maintenance team room visit. Impossible to have a shower in the morning.The problem is that the water system doesn't have capacity for the hotel guests. Another time I will chose another hotel.

Bad experience the A/C was not activated while the temperature in the room was hot they said they will activate the A/C in May so we cannot help you. This is not acceptable.

Check in / check out very good But - Again issue with elevator. Breakdown unexpectedly - Breakfast > I have said already that the balcony in front of the omelette and egs is very badly placed. It blocks the way > always missing cutlery and the tables are not cleaned on time

I stayed at Ibis Tunis for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is extremely clean and the location is excellent, close to many important places in the city. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always smiling, which really made the stay more comfortable. Housekeeping was also very polite and professional. One of the best things about this hotel is the bed and pillows — they were incredibly comfortable and ensured great sleep every night. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast buffet. The options were quite repetitive, especially the desserts, which were mostly the same with only different shapes. I would also like to see the hotel have a proper restaurant with a full menu, similar to what is offered at Novotel. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff, and I would consider staying here again.
