Eventhough i was happy with the welcoming from staff but I was surprised at 2:30am during my sleep by a random guest entering into my room with his luggage. It appeared that the front desk had checked him into my room and gave him a key. However, the story does not end there, as the housekeeping entered my room without knocking 2 times after that, one at around 7:45 and another time maybe at 8:20 That was very frustrating as I arrived to Tunis that night and should have stayed comfortably to attend my meeting in the morning and travel back again. One more thing, the sound isolation in the windows is not the best which seems to be not from the material used but the windows installation.
