I like the fact that Novotel Tunis Lac has consistently given me excellent guest experience. The rooms are spotless clean, the staff, from potter, receptionist, catering and all are all customer friendly and very welcoming. The best Novotel facility so far in my opinion. My stay at the hotel was very pleasant . The location is really great, especially being very close to Tunisia Moll . The staff were extremely kind and helpful . I would especially like to thank Yasmine for her professionalism and warm attitude . Overall, i truly appreciated the service and hospitality during my stay . would definitely recommend this hotel and i would be happy to return again .
