The power outage that occurred at approximately 7:00 PM was unfortunately part of a nationwide disruption that affected several regions across Tunisia and was beyond the hotel’s control. However, we fully acknowledge the impact that such an exceptional situation can have on our guests’ comfort, and we sincerely regret that this incident affected your overall experience. We also understand your frustration regarding the fact that, while electricity was available in the lobby and some public areas, your room remained without power. This situation was related to the way electricity supply was managed during this exceptional nationwide outage. We fully recognize that the absence of air conditioning, especially during the night, made your room uncomfortable and significantly affected your ability to rest. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort and inconvenience this caused. Throughout this unforeseen event, our teams remained fully mobilized to assist our guests and minimize the impact as much as possible.
