I stayed with a school group for several days, and we had a number of special needs and requests, from laundry for a student who had lost her bag to ordering dinner while our delayed bus was still on the road — but the hotel staff was exceptionally kind, warm, and understanding. The adults on the trip said every single day how grateful we were for the way we were welcomed. Enormous thanks to the whole staff for their incredible hospitality!
