We stayed with my family for 1 night on our way back home. The hotel is very clean, with good location, excellent staff and nice rooftop bar with tasty food and drinks. Only 15 min drive to airport and about 25 min walk to medina. Thanks for hosting us.

This was my 3rd trip in 3 months and I would recommend the hotel. For a business trip it was perfectly located and provided a good level of comfort. The rooms could do with a refresh but they were of a good size, clean and had everything required. The rooftop bar / pool area is a really great spot with some excellent views. The restaurant is spacious and the food choice for breakfast and dinner was great. There were a number of local delicacies as well, which is nice. But the best thing was the staff as every single person was so friendly, especially the bar staff at the restaurant and the brilliant concierge. I look forward to the next visit.

I was there for business so, I didn't did much, but every recomended restaurant was a 15 minutes drive or even walking, the food was good, the sky lounge a pretty good way to finish the day, and the gym is basic but has what anyone could need for a daily excercise routine

I booked a room well over a month before my stay ti be told on my arrival that there was no availability on my first night stay. I arrived at midnight so my room was sold to someone else. Terrible

Good overall conditions, high level and kindness of hotel personnel. Only con was the noise of the septic tank cleaning (just a guess for the source) during Thursday night - it did not help in good sleeping Wish for the future: more traditional (even street) foods for breakfast and on the restaurant menus

The hotel has a good location and is convenient for getting around, which was definitely a positive point. However, the overall experience could be improved in several areas. The rooms are quite small and not very well equipped. Basic amenities were lacking, including sufficient drinking water in the room. The coffee corner was very poor with limited options, and the mini bar was completely empty, which was disappointing. The food quality was not great and there was very little variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. As for the staff, they were okay and helpful when needed, but not particularly warm or welcoming. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short stay mainly because of its location, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort, hospitality, and services.

I was welcome by a friendly staff which organized my Midnight Airport Taxi very swiftly. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and I enjoyed the coffee offering. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant with a good wine selection. Will come back when I am in Tunis next time.

Let’s start by saying that as platinum members we were expecting an upgrade that we did not receive. Instead we got a dirty toilet! The toilet was paper wrapped as if it was cleaned but inside was dirty. I took pictures and show it to reception before I left for dinner. When I was back 3 hours later the toilet was still in the same conditions. Finally someone was sent to clean at 11pm. Despite my complains I was offered no compensation for this accident, barely some excuses.

Disappointed that no upgrade is proposed when you are Platinum; at the end the room is very basic (like an Ibis in France) but at the price of a Novotel near Paris...

My long stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite being a Platinum member, I did not receive a proper welcome or respectful treatment. The level of professionalism and hospitality was far below expectations, with consistently poor service and unacceptable staff behavior throughout my stay.
