I had a very good stay as always. This is my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Tunis, whether for business trips or family visits. The location is excellent, the staff are welcoming and professional, and the overall experience is consistently smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I was welcome by a friendly staff which organized my Midnight Airport Taxi very swiftly. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and I enjoyed the coffee offering. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant with a good wine selection. Will come back when I am in Tunis next time.

Let’s start by saying that as platinum members we were expecting an upgrade that we did not receive. Instead we got a dirty toilet! The toilet was paper wrapped as if it was cleaned but inside was dirty. I took pictures and show it to reception before I left for dinner. When I was back 3 hours later the toilet was still in the same conditions. Finally someone was sent to clean at 11pm. Despite my complains I was offered no compensation for this accident, barely some excuses.

Disappointed that no upgrade is proposed when you are Platinum; at the end the room is very basic (like an Ibis in France) but at the price of a Novotel near Paris...
