After several stay, I'm a bit frustrated by probleme of hot water (technician come several times) and that restaurant menu are not renew.

could not abtain what i have requested when i made the booking over Accord App ( means i requested Gluten Free Pancake and Egg for the Breakfast unfortunatelly are not available ).the Staff in IBIS Hotel SFAX are better and provide all the need .
