L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment pratique, et le personnel s’est montré aimable et disponible tout au long du séjour. En revanche, l’établissement montre des signes de vieillissement : les installations mériteraient un rafraîchissement, et l’entretien général laisse à désirer. Le ménage était fait de façon très superficielle, ce qui est dommage. Un peu plus d’attention à ces détails améliorerait nettement l’expérience. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Air conditioning is not working in April but the room was very stuffy, especially in the morning. As a platinum member, I didn't receive many benefits, which was quite disappointing, when compared with my experience in Asia and middle-east.

Could not sleep well due to no AC in the room. Food in the restaurant was very basic.

Hotel very clean the collective of the mattress is very good. Was there during the Ramadan but the fact that people were most likely very tired did not show at all, on the contrary everyone was very cheerful. i’d like to communicate my special regards to the people at the counter, very diligent, friendly, and super professional.
