The hotel is quiet, the lobby is cleaned and big. The location it's in a avenue very peaceful. In the hotel there's a ATM machine that it's useful. The food is good even if in the breakfast due to the fruits it's full of fruit flies that after goes to the cheese. So not well kept, the bread stays from the breakfast till night in the same place, not covered. The workers at the hotel are not nice or helpful at all, only Hussein in reception, the lady that takes the towels and 1 in the restaurant at dinner time. The rest are not helpful, nice or show any will to be there. The cleaning is not bad but the curtains in the room do not see water for years, they were super dirty. We stayed in a room that it's for 3+1, so there was a sofa-bed. Awful since it was not straight. we had to turn around and have more pillows to try to get a straight "bed". A hotel not to return.

It was short 2x nights stay. The room was clean with a comfortable bad and big TV. It was refreshing experience to swim in the open pool at 8th floor. Very nice breakfast with a big choice of good food and beverages. I also recommend a restaurant with a live music.

Good stay but extremely bad service

There are many instances that happend during my stay which demonstrate that the staff is extremely negligent about the guest service and support. I will write a few points here- 1. The Hotel kept 500 ml water bottle in my room. When I asked to housekeeping lady that my water bottle was over and I needed another one. She said that she didn't have a water bottle and I will have to go to reception to collect the water. This is very strange. Ideally, she should have arranged a water bottle for a guest. 2. I requested the housekeeping lady to give me a shaving razor, and she told me to go to reception. I called to reception and requested them to send the razor to my room. The receptionist said that I will have to get down to reception and have to collect it personally. I was surprised to hear this, still I went down to collect it. I have collected the razor packet from reception and came back to my room. I opened the razor pack and found that it was empty. I mean come on.. I again dressed up and got down to reception, they handed over me another kit but surprisingly the lady receptionist was laughing me on my face and making jokes about me. 3. When I arrived to hotel, the receptionist was not able to find my reservation. I showed her the confirmation received on my email but she still struggled a lot. I told her that I had done online check-in on the website and shown her the email but no use. After 13 hrs flight, I expected quick checkin and rest instead I had to wait at the counter like anything. This is the worst Novel property I ever stayed.
