Disappointed that no upgrade is proposed when you are Platinum; at the end the room is very basic (like an Ibis in France) but at the price of a Novotel near Paris...

As ALL platinium member I was upgraded to a very nice suite. The staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The buffet of the breakfast is very good with lot of choice

My long stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite being a Platinum member, I did not receive a proper welcome or respectful treatment. The level of professionalism and hospitality was far below expectations, with consistently poor service and unacceptable staff behavior throughout my stay. This experience does not reflect the standards of a hotel that claims to value its guests or loyalty members.
