could not abtain what i have requested when i made the booking over Accord App ( means i requested Gluten Free Pancake and Egg for the Breakfast unfortunatelly are not available ).the Staff in IBIS Hotel SFAX are better and provide all the need .

The facilities, cleanliness, food and location were first rate but what really sets Novotel Tunis apart is the truly incredible care of the staff. Room was not ready when checked in. A lady who looked like a front desk manager and wore a blue jacket was not friendly at all.
