Dissapointing stay

I stayed for 2 weeks at Novotel Tunis but I regretted it dearly. While is looks good in the pictures, the reality is very sad. The hotel room (207) look old and decrepit. The blackout curtains have holes in them. The AC only seems to have 1 temperature setting and sounds as if it is about to die... The finishings in the bathroom were appaling. The breakfast buffet variety is almost non-existent... And the staff seem to spend more time onm their phones than actually paying attention to the customers.
