Although as a hotel it was really nice it lacked something really important . Any space for smokers . I understand the policy of no smoking inside the room and inside spaces in general but they should at least have a balcony or the windows should open fully in order to be able to smoke . It is unreal to be forced to go down and outside the hotel in such weather conditions especially . Someone who smokes constantly cannot enjoy the stay cause something that is a part of their everyday routine is not acceptable at all. Something like that in Europe shouldn’t have been a problem . Really disappointing honestly cause you feel like you’re being judged for your own choices . Such a shame for a good hotel in general

Location was ok. Close to train station, tourist attractions but the staff not friendly, hotel vibes was cold. No music no greetings no smile.

Lovely couple of days in Frankfurt with my daughter, thank you to especially Alejandra for the welcome and the rest of the team for looking after us . . . please get the lifts mended . . . other than that it's a good place to stay, it's opposite a Galleria for shopping and food, 15-20 minute walk to the train station, 30 mins or so from the airport and a 15 euro taxi ride into the central area where the shops and Christmas markets are.

Nice hotel with good location. We had a great experience in this hotel. Our compliments to reception staff Jawad and Jacqueline. We have some problems with printing and emails. Both of them were very patient, professional and helpful. Truly top hospitality! 👍

I was welcomed by friendly receptionists, and they quickly accommodated my room transfer when the fridge wasn’t working. I did notice that the bathroom, especially the toilet, could be given a little more attention. On the bright side, the buffet breakfast was very filling and absolutely delicious.
