Generally fine. Great breakfast spread each day. The one bug bear I suppose was the staff. Generally indifferent, but never rude. Example, we arrived a little early for checkin so the desk staff ignored us and kept talking. The bar/restaurant manager would let you sit and not approach you for service until you left in frustration. Of course if you insert yourself and ask, you will receive service. A little warmth goes a long way.

The best hotel experience I have experienced during my 2 weeks vacation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Most of the staff are friendly. Especially the Supervisor at the front desk, Mr. D. Vaskov. He is very professional and courteous regardless of your race. He treats all guest equally whether you’re an Accor member or not. It’s very rare to find people like him these days.

No irons in the rooms, you are welcomed in a spooky "iron room" instead

Regular European hotel, trying upper grade / modern style, partially succeeding. Walking distance to the central station. But no irons in the rooms! I was told I would need to go to the ironing room to iron my shirt. Strangely as it is already, the ironing room is an upper floor hidden in the service area bypassing the staircase. With a terrible burn iron... I came for work late at night after several hours of traveling with a presentation the following morning. This was the last thing I wanted to do or hear. Not coming back.

Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff. Only drawback was very minimally functioning air conditioning. I would like to preface that I actually don't like extreme air conditioning but it was a very hot week in Frankfurt and it took 6 hours for room to cool to a bearable temperature. We asked for a different room and staff was helpful but there was no difference. When housekeeping cleaned room during the day they would turn off ac and then we had to start from scratch again when returning to room. Strangely the bathroom floor tiles were heated and could not be turned off. Would be ideally cozy in winter but rooms are very uncomfortable in summer. Conveniently located across the street from Skyline Mall.

One night stay before catching an early morning flight. Close to supermarkets. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bathroom which had some mould
