one night stay on our way North, easy to get to from the highway, friendly staff and 24/7 reception fits well with a drive, and therefore, unknown arrival time. Unfortunately the room was close to the elevator and the cleaning staff was rather loud early morning.

The breakfast and the room we got through upgrading were excellent. We really liked the potatoes, compliments to the chef. We requested a shuttle through the booking message on your website, but did not receive a confirmation. When we arrived in Frankfurt, we looked for the shuttle stop and found the phone number. We called the number and it turned out that no shuttle had been reserved for us ahead of time and we had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive after calling. The easy transportation between the airport and hotel was one of the main criteria of choice for stay for us and we were a bit disappointed due to this.

The room cleaning service was very good, but we found the room to be a bit dated in need of an upgrade. We like the safe and size of the room. We cannot always stay here though, we find the pricing a bit random from high 100 euros to over 700 euros, depending on the week. It is definitely not worth over 300 euros a night to stay, completely absurd.

This hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Frankfurt airport. The hotel has its own shuttle bus which you need to arrange with them. The big plus of this hotel is the air conditioning in the rooms if you visit in the summer. I did not give a '10' mark because it would have been nice if the airco in my room was on before my arrival! When I got in the room there were almost 30 degrees inside and it took an hour to cool it down. Another big plus is the location: very quiet area. My room was clean and the bed comfy. You can totally open the window in the room, which is great, but maybe cleaner windows would be a plus! I will for sure use the hotel again when travelling from or to Frankfurt airport.

I only stayed here during a overnight layover, but I still had a really positive experience during my stay. The room was really big and cozy. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They also offer a 5 euro shuttle service to the airport which was really welcoming (a normal taxi is about 35 euro). Would definitely stay here again some day

This is the best hotel in teh area with free airport shuttle. Very friendly staff and nice restaurant. In such a hot weather their aircondition was workng very well which makes my stay very pleasant
