Terrible location with respect to airport , poor service

I booked the room on the pretext that there is shuttle bus but on checking inn they informed me that shuttle needs to book at least 48 hrs in advance and this information was not on the website. The front desk executive mohamad was very arrogant and non cooperative.

Located within 15-20 minutes from Frankfurt airport and provide free shuttle from Airport. Requires advance booking with reception. Recently fully renovated with very nice inhouse restaurant and outstanding cuisine. Well done to the Chief! Rooms are big very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Warm, noisy and uncomfortable room

The room has no air-conditioning, just a noisy ceiling fan that doesn’t help. I’ve tried to open the window, but outside noise is worse than heat. In addition to the noisy neighbor who I had to inform reception after 10:00 pm so I could sleep, I was woken up before 8:00 am by someone collecting bottles of drinks in the hallway (probably an employee).

Got chased for "not paying" despite having my credit card linked with my Accor account so I can do fat check out and receive a bill by email. The staff then charged my colleagues personal credit card for my stay. Although in the end it was sorted it is not the professionalism I expect from Accor.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. The rooms are comfortable, the shuttle service is prompt and friendly and the breakfast is awesome. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the location since both times we have only stayed over night with no chance or need to explore the local area. Anyway, a very good airport layover hotel.

Booked this hotel believing it was near the airport but its not so close, actually in an industrial area. Management was unwilling to transfer my booking to closer Mecure even though I'm an Accor member. Booked a room for three but it was tiny and shower almost impossibly small. Beds though were very comfortable. Breakfast fine and dinner at the restaurant was pretty good but I'm not sure if the staff were part of a comedy skit? Interesting to say the least.

I recently stayed in this hotel. During the check in I did spell two times for the staff in order to find out my reservation, however the staff can’t find it firstly and the manger just turned back to me and told me very unfriendly „ you should spell you name !!“ I was like ???????

Thehotel was not ready for me when I arrived. The hotel was being renovated so some dining adjustments had to be made. The hotel was empty - but I was not upgraded as a Platinum Accor loyal member. No welcome token in room and the receptionist did not give me a drinks coupon until I asked for it when she told me was checkin was complete. It did not occur to her or the hotel management to make up for this over the 3 days I stayed here. The hotel is well placed for the airport. But if you are expecting to walk outside to any close by restaurants you might be disappointed. On the positive side the bar staff are very well pleasant and nice people.

Well Below Standard Expectations of Hotel from Accor Chain

My short stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. The hotel does not have the facilities, upkeep or even appropriate staff to match the Accor Chain quality standards that guests expect. The staff were rude at the front desk, as well as those working in the restaurant. Moreover, the staff had trouble understanding English making communication a challenge for visitors who do not speak German! The rooms have not tea kettle, cups, tea and coffee which is a basic standard expected for 4 star hotel room - moreover when requested for these no room service was available instead guests have to physically collect. Furthermore, the bed was uncomfortable and the request for a double bed was responded to by offering two singles that were not properly fitted together. The room was also generally not cleaned to . an expected standard. Additionally the decor and overall ambience of the hotel is very outdated and does not match all other Accor hotels guests experience. To add on the breakfast had a very limited range , with staff that were not warm and welcoming. In conclusion my stay at this hotel was unbearable and highly disappointing.

We were pleasantly surprised by our overnight stay at Langen. Although it is quite a distance from the airport, their shuttle service eliminated the need of a taxi. The distance also eliminated the noise and the aviation fuel smell which sometimes clings to the air around airports. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant’s food was very good. There are no other restaurants around the area that we could see. We had one excellent waiter who responded to requests promptly and another who had to be asked several times , “please bring some mayonnaise “.

Nice for the center of Langen. Prices vary depending on the fairs in Frankfurt. The executive rooms are nice. Some common places need a refresh that I understand is ongoing. Would visit again. Easily accessible by car.

I have had a very "warm" and comfortable room, the best bed I have ever experienced with the hotel chain Mercure. The hotel staff are very friendly, both at reception and in restaurant. This hotel also provided pretty breakfast with "take away" coffee as well. Good quality!

Revamp of the hotel make noise in the room . It must be mentioned in the hotel web site before booking. However no coffee machine in the room . And this is 4 star hotel Even no room service in the hotel. So take your food with you . The best thing it is easy to go to citycenter

Disappointing for a Mercure

Bar and restaurant staff and food very good and friendly. Reception was a disaster. Arrived at 2:50 pm on Saturday and had to wait in the bar since check in was at 3 pm. When checking in at 3:30 pm we were not informed that a reservation was needed for the airport shuttle next day and we had to pay 40 Euros of taxi since it was full. When leaving at 6 am on Monday the reception did not give us a breakfast bag although we had paid breakfast in full. Invoice was not ready at checkout. Shuttle drivers need training: one locked the door of the van when arriving from airport on Sunday. We had clearly told it was for Mercure but excuse was that she thought we were going to Achat. On Monday to go the airport on a tight schedule we had to chase the driver that was having a breakfast and we left at 6:08 am. Our flight was supposed to leave at 7:20 am from Terminal 2.

We’ve stayed two nights, and reserved budget rooms. This rooms where under the roof. This rooms where to hot to sleep in… When we addressed the desk about this problem we asked for a ‘fan’ a ventilator. They didn’t have enough…. So the only solution was an upgrade to a climate controlled room… With extra costs… They should know in advance that in summer the rooms under the roof become very hot, and at least provide ‘fans’ or not rent this rooms out. The bathroom floor was even very hot… probably due to a domestic hot water circulation pump, or the under-floor heating that was still in use… To me, as the customer, the excuse of ‘we don’t have enough fans’ is not valid… They could buy enough fans for every room without clima. Especially for the prices they charge… Our breakfast was booked, payed for, bud not registered at the breakfast check-in… so I had to open the booking confirmation to show we actually have payed for the breakfast… Which I’ve got the reply that ‘they don’t understand dutch, so they can’t understand the words ‘Kamers met ontbijd’’. When the customer does the effort to speak EN or DE to them, they can do the effort to use Google translate on their Phone. I had to go to the desk again to sort this out. I do not recommend this hotel.
