Stayed just one night whilst visiting the city for the World Snooker Championship. Can't fault it. 15 minutes from the crucible on foot. Discount parking nearby. Bed was comfortable, room had everything we needed. Really powerful shower (I hate having a weak shower!). Clean and all the staff were lovely. Will be back next year.

The staff were good, what I did find was that the room that I was in was far too small, there was a double bed pushed up against the wall with a metre width space to walk to the small table where the electric kettle was, there wasn't a chair. To reach the socket to charge a mobile telephone you had to crawl onto the bed upto the headboard, due to the height of the said socket, I found that I had to kneel to reach it. Also the cord to open the and close the window blind was for me a little too high, I am 5' 4" and had to stand on my tiptoes to reach it.
