Located in the heart of Sheffield, the hotel is easily accessible via most major transport links. Guests travelling by road should exit the M1 at J33 and follow the signs to Sheffield. Both Sheffield station and airport are also in close proximity.

Road closures around the hotel will be in effect from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm, restricting access to both the hotel and the Charles Street Car Park. Access to the Arundel Gate Car Park will remain available via the Pond Street entrance.

Me and my daughter had the Ishga Face and Body experience with Charlotte and Laura today, it was really relaxing and we almost fell asleep, we really enjoy this treatment, It's the second time we've had it and my daughter wants it for every birthday and Christmas from now on.

Good room, but we found breakfast was too early at 9.30am on weekdays. I don't remember it being that early on previous stays. Also I remember the waitresses would serve tea and coffees but now its 100% self service so not quite so good.

This hotel has some really good points. Noise from other rooms is very minimal. The hoover used by housekeeping is quiet, and they are helpful. Good bed. Very central location. The heating is good, but it takes a while to climb up to my required 30 °C. If you booked this for a spa break, please note the spa is underground, so ventilation is via air conditioning, and it was very humid, no natural light and the floors were slippery and dangerous. However I am very tall and often slip. The windows did not open and were dirty. I have very high expectations and am not easy to please. I would come back but only if coupled with a theatre visit and pre booked restaruants. Allow £30 per day for parking. Very clean bedrooms. very large. Great staff. I know my review is not great, but this is worth a visit
