Staff and accommodation were excellent as usual and we received an upgrade to a one bedroom suite. Unfortunately I couldn’t reach any of the cupboards to get the toaster and other things as they were way too high and I’m 5 foot six. The handles on the cupboards are ridiculous as you have to basically get a knife or have a thick finger to open them and then your finger gets caught. I’ve stayed at this accommodation many times and this is the first time I’ve made a comment because I thought perhaps the handles would be changed.
