Very disappointed with the fact that we had to endure 3 consecutive days with no running/hot/cold water. It was our son's wedding.

There was no water between 9.00am and 4.00pm each day - rooms should not have been booked if water (a basic human right) could not be provided. No compensation offered, the Watson not apologetic about situation. When my disappointment was expressed the response was "it is only during business hours" - well, I was not there on business, I had booked a hotel room, not an office!

Really enjoyed the stay, the room was clean and comfortable, but the room itself was fairly knocked around. The room needed a refresh, but I will likely book again next year.
