Pleasant friendly check in, good size room good facilities. Very comfortable bed. On the negative, the room was dark with very poor lighting. The sofa was poorly located, as was the tv. Black kitchen seemed more suited to a night club. We stayed 3 days and it was a little surprising that when entering, passing by and leaving the reception area right opposite to the lifts, not once did the reception staffer greet us or even look up. A small thing perhaps but made the experience a cold and unwelcoming one. Maybe we will return if the deal is good but maybe not. This was our first time back in many years.
