This hotel doesn't deserve 'Art Series' status within Accor

the photos of this hotel are extremely creative and don't reflect the experience. It seems to be a mixed use residential apartment building and hotel. Open your window and you look down on floors of residential with filthy balconies, storage boxes etc. Most certainly not the vibe of normal Art Series hotels.
