Very nice and clean apartment but we are still waiting for our deposit to be refunded, its been 2 weeks now. Can someone please contact me?

Loved the location within walking distance from the city, right near shops and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to help with a difficult situation. Rooms were spacious and beds incredibly comfortable

Staff were friendly, the room’s a bit tired for the location. The kitchen pots and pans were dirty and well used, you need to spen a little money and get a bit better ones not the cheap ones you have. The carpets need a very deep clean in room 726 where we stayed. I cleaned the window ledges in the bedroom a as they had dust and dead bugs, the showers need a good scrub to get rid off dirt down the bottom. I did it with tooth paste and a wipe and some come off. The trimming on the tv uniting is peeling off . If we don’t let you know then you can’t fix it. I had to clean a bit as our son who was with us is Autistic and has a thing about clean showers . Just please invest in pots and pans and get the carpet cleaned.
