Reception staff were lovely and accomodating to all needs. Vaccuming regularly in rooms due to sand from pool would have been beneficial. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Spa in our suite wasn’t very private on the pool level with people able to see into our room. Extra privacy shades would have been great to utilise it more.

Lovely location, great room. Unfortunately extractor in bathroom did not work, nor did living room fan. One bathrobe was extremely stained which was quite off putting.

Peppers was a great place to stay; staff were friendly and helpful. The room that we had was spaces and roomy. My only recommendation would be to have small bottles of water available, and on arrival to have a cool drink provided, not have to go onto a QR code.

Good spot near the CBD and close to the beach and Surf Life Saving club. Lovely spacious pool that was really warm in November. Pool side rooms are a bonus. Doors banging closed at all times of day are night are a bit disruptive and a lack of privacy on the pool side spa's could be addressed.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and unique swimming pool (and beach) . We had a comfortable room with enough space and good bed. The restaurant we can recommend for lunch as well.
