Room was satisfactory but gee it could do with a few tweaks. A mirror in the bedroom would be REALLY great. The living room could do with a more useful table by the sofa than the big cushion with a tray on top (takes a lot of space for not much usefulness) or the very heavy small table. There's a heap of space for perhaps an extra armchair. A little colour in the decoration (actually some decoration!) would make the room feel like a better place (the one print in the bedroom was a monochrome "brush mark"!). Bathroom was good. Support was good - TV remote was not working properly when we first arrived but was quickly sorted. Breakfast was good - food good, helpful staff.

My room was comfortable and the staff were courteous and helpful at all times. My only issue is the parking. I had to park at the local carpark around the back and tickets issued by the front desk weren't valid when I went to use them, putting me out of pocket - twice. Otherwise a great venue

As usual when we stay at the Mantra we had a good stay. The room was spotless. The only downside was that the air conditioning controls do not seem to work very well and so the room was not as cool as we would have liked. It would help if the room contained some instructions as to how to mange the control to achieve the comfort we desired.

we had a two bedroom room and plenty of space for my friend and i. It also came with a kitchenette which was clean. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice and big. My only issue was the internal walls are quite thin. Room next to ours must have been out quite late. They came back aound 3 or 4am and although they werent partying on and being excessively noisy, I could hear them talking and everytime they left their room we kept hearing the door slamming and them talking in the hallway. Fortunately it was only the one night (Sat, in a four night stay). The location is great. Very close to city centre. It is probably more to the CBD end of the city so lots of cafes etc arent open on weekend, however there's enough nearby which is only a 5-8min walk.
