From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful . The unit was clean. The location was incredible and the views were amazing.

Reception kept on telling me about the$100 fee to my card. I felt like he thought i had never stayed in a hotel before or it was a warning that if i ran off with the old furniture in the room they would charge me this on top of the room. Very strange. Amazing how quickly this hotel has aged. I stayed here when it first opened. I travel for with Astra Zeneca but don’t usually stay in Gosford and I am an ALL accor member. I asked for the receipt to be emailed they said they would but had to call them by the end of week. The following night stayed at Novotel Newcastle Beach, very different experience there. Receipt within minutes of check out.

Good location, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Upset about not being able to stream our phones on the television. Wifi was connected and our phone says it was streaming but could not see it on the television. other than that we enjoyed our stay.
