The staff were really lovely, the breakfast was poor and there was no mention of it being just toast/cereal or even as continental on the app. The lovely staff happily refunded me as I had prepaid on the app. I would have liked my room serviced each day and the app did not mention that it wouldn’t be.

Well, beside the rather loud couple in the adjoining room enjoying some "adult time" when I got to the room to settle in, its always a great place to stay with good staff. Centrally located to where I need to be; either a short walk or a short drive and I am there. Clean and neat, all thats required without extra bells and whistles that people dont need.

Staff were very helpful, check in and out was easy, loved being on the ground floor, room was small but adequate, bed was very comfortable and block-out blind worked well. Sound-proofing was good for outside noise, not so good at preventing noise from other rooms and the hallway. The one sour note was that one of the 2 mugs provided in the room had not seen a dishwasher or a good wash before being replaced in the room.
