Broken bed, rubbish and dirt under bed and in stairwell. Toilet dirty as well

Grubby room (213) marks and damage on walls. Bed freely 'wheels' away from the wall. Shower design floods the whole bathroom floor. Windows filthy. Staff member at reception not welcoming or informative.
