Simple and easy check-in, great staff always willing to assist. Rooms are clean and neat, comfortable and plenty of space to unwind and relax. Was great to be able to take a walk into town, or go to the club and return to a nice room with a great bed, relax and watch some tv and chill.

Overall stay was ok. However we were disgusted by the really foul stench coming out of the fridge. We were unable to use it. Furthermore the stench lingered throughout the room once it was opened. You must keep fridges open to air out when power is cut to the rooms.

The room was clean, comfortable, no-frills & all I needed after a long drive from Melbourne. The in-person check-in (available until 10pm) was a real bonus and made arrival easy and stress-free. What really set this place apart, though, was the exceptional service. I accidentally left my glasses behind after checking out, and Pietro promptly arranged for them to be posted back to me. Hedi even called to let me know they were on the way. They arrived just three days later, carefully and thoughtfully packaged to prevent any damage. Outstanding care and attention like this is refreshing—highly recommended.
