Being made to feel unwelcome or encountering an indifferent attitude is not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand how this would have negatively impacted your stay. We’re also sorry to hear about the issues with breakfast — particularly the cleanliness of the cutlery, the lack of replenishment, and the limited options such as non-dairy milk. We understand your concerns regarding value for money and appreciate you highlighting these points. Additionally, we apologize for the odour in room 117 and for the cleanliness concerns you experienced. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave our guests with.
