The room was clean, comfortable, no-frills & all I needed after a long drive from Melbourne. The in-person check-in (available until 10pm) was a real bonus and made arrival easy and stress-free. What really set this place apart, though, was the exceptional service. I accidentally left my glasses behind after checking out, and Pietro promptly arranged for them to be posted back to me. Hedi even called to let me know they were on the way. They arrived just three days later, carefully and thoughtfully packaged to prevent any damage. Outstanding care and attention like this is refreshing—highly recommended.

I loved the location and hospitality earlier about 2 years ago when I stayed. I will still choose the place but was disappointed with 2 important issues: 1. Reception staff: As I checked in, we were 4. The lady at the reception desk appeared quite serious. Not a single moment she looked up and looked at any of us. Only answered direct questions. This was boxing day. I and family passed the reception area 4 times that night - not a single time she looked to see who it is or to give a smile. Same note, early next morning there was a gentleman. You could see the difference. He was welcoming, smiling and acknowledging people when they passes by. 2. Shower. I had to forget about the shower after my husband had shower. Water everywhere. Travelers come there to refresh and continue on the journey. I did not feel that.

Clean room and good basic amenities. The reception staff is always very helpful and agreeable. Always accommodate to my needs.u The Continental breakfast es excellent and with an ample variety of choices.
