Once again, an easy stop over for the night on The Central Coast at The Ibis the Entrance. Friendly reception and easy check in to our lake view room which was well appointed very clean and comfortable. Great value for money and we will definitely book again.

Overall good, disappointed that the room dis not have chest of drawers to unpack suitcase. Cleaning of room with new towels was disappointing, we had to call down for new towels twice. When we arrived I believed I paid at the desk for the complete stay only to find when I came home and checked my bank I had been charged extra on my credit card. Called and was given excuse that the system had not picked up correct amount. Not happy.
