Starting at arrival we were greeted by a friendly male Reception crew member (Monday 6th July 1.30pm) he even held the door open for our entry! At the other end of our stay Aaron on Reception bid us farewell after our lovely 2 night mini-break. Plus we enjoyed a conversation about the new Lakeview development next door that was of interest to us. We were visiting an old friend now living at Long Jetty - we need accommodation and Ibis Styles will be our choice.

I will admit im usually not an Ibis person but this place was perfect. Tidy modern room, clean and inclusive hotel with very happy and helpful staff, seamless check in/out.I booked the hotel 30 mins before checking in and everything was all good to go and I still got a welcome amenity for my membership (some of the 5* hotels in SYD don't even bother with that any more). Only thing people might want to know is the club restaurant attached closes early on some days :) Thank you to the team there, the effort certainly shows.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We have a huge carpark surrounding the hotel. Spaces for buses, trucks and trailers. The carpark has extensive lighting and security camera's throughout. The hotel interior of the hotel was painted 2 weeks ago.
