Dear Gary, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Styles The Entrance. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We have a huge carpark surrounding the hotel. Spaces for buses, trucks and trailers. The carpark has extensive lighting and security camera's throughout. The hotel interior of the hotel was painted 2 weeks ago.
