All good, thank you. Notes: 1. The card reader at the entrance to the underground carpark is faulty, it took a dozen or so attempts before it recognised the card. 2. Accor really need to organise a means whereby the All+ Explorer numbers don't have to be typed in every time. Aside making it more difficult than necessary for the staff, customers are waiting additional time while the person before them is being processed. It's VERY inefficient the way that it currently is.

Stay was average. I am a Platinum accor member, I was put in accessible room which is fine, however all the shelves in the bathroom were missing. There was nowhere but on the floor to put my toiletries and due to the shower configuration the water goes all over the floor during a shower. This would be an awful experience for someone who actually requires an accessible room. I have stayed at this hotel many times and my visits are very good. I especially love the rooms that look out over the course, it is a beautiful location and quiet.

It is always pleasing to hear that your previous stays have been very good and that you enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I am sorry to read that this particular stay did not meet your usual expectations. The accessible room you were allocated was booked on your behalf by your travel agent. As it is a designated wheelchair-accessible room, we do not upgrade or move Platinum members out of this specific room type when it has been reserved, as it must remain available for accessibility requirements. That said, your feedback regarding the missing bathroom shelving is absolutely valid. This is not the standard we expect, and we are currently addressing the storage issue in that accessible room to ensure appropriate and practical shelving is in place. We also appreciate your comments regarding the shower configuration and water dispersion, and this has been raised with our maintenance team for review. It is particularly important to us that accessible rooms function correctly and comfortably for guests who genuinely require them. We value your ongoing support of the hotel and hope to welcome you back again soon, ideally in one of your preferred golf course view rooms for a seamless and relaxing stay. The lounge chairs in the room were not clean. We couldnt bring ourselves to sit on them to watch TV. The roll out beds supplied was like sleeping on a timber plank. Check in and check out was quick and efficient and staff pleasant to deal with. The dinner staff friendly and efficient. The food on Friday night was not great, the steak was overcooked. The breakfast staff Saturday was good but same person on Sunday was rude (maybe having a bad day) but was a real turn off. Would I stay there again? I would but only if they update furniture and look at the food and staff issues
