Stayed at Mercure Kooindah Water Resort on one of my friend's recommendations for the first time with low expectations, but the experience was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The staff were energetic, welcoming, and genuinely caring-credit to great management ( I assume). Special thanks to Maggie & jack at reception, Rhiannon( Sorry if name isn't correct)at the restaurant, Tim at Front Office ( Didn't get chance to meet in person who made me felt valued when spoken over the phone while finalizing the booking), and the each staff we interacted with. Breakfast was excellent, with barista-made coffee included. Beautiful rooms, great views, well cleaned and maintained properly and consistent service from booking to checkout. Will definitely recommend and return.

Had a great stay . My nephew loved the school holiday activities - in particular the cake decorating. The rooms were clean and tidy and always enjoy my stay at Kooindah.

The rooms smelt bad the tvs didn’t work properly and the building was showing its age but other than that it was a good location the amenities were great the restaurant and staff good

Being surrounded by bushland can occasionally contribute to natural smells, however this is not the experience we aim to provide. Would have liked to have been notified of the very poor condition of the course before paying green fees Many of the green were unplayable and general surrounding areas dead or diseased The service in the restaurant was more than acceptable
