Usually an ok stay when coming down the m1 from QLD. That room just ok and not value for price charged, needs some regrouting in the bathroom. The curtain does not pull across in one section so facing the parking lots with all the light coming in and car headlights and peoples chatter is not great for sleep when you get up early to commute to QLD. Fix the curtain please. Have stayed in better rooms. Expected a better room for a repeat customer. Stepping from a bathhtub is so 1970's. Not great for people in their 60's. Just a proper shower only. Should have screens on the slider doors so you can get fresh air. All insects flying around tall trees so unable to open them as the insects would get in the room. Not appropriate tree foliage adjacent to opening windows. If you want to charge those prices, improve the offering. Doors locked at 6 am to reception, lucky cleaner was there to open for me as I have a 800 km commute home. Wrong order given to me at lunch and another 30 min wait to correct it. I understand mistakes happen but my husband had ate all his lunch and I was just left hanging. He even went inside to ask where my order was. I think I was being more than nice giving the stay a 7. Most people would prob give a 5 with all the problems encountered ! Plus my accor profile is locked so could not burn my rewards points to take money off my stay. 2 phone calls to Accor and submitted paperwork and still waiting to unlock it. Also locked out of app with errors too. You asked for my feedback and that is my honest opinion !

Overall an enjoyable relaxing stay, after a challenging start with having to change rooms due to a noisy party with loud music and doors slamming we were assisted by Tim to change rooms that night. I feel that Tim really turned our overall view on the property around by his exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for guests. He even came to help us get out of the tennis courts when they locked us in! Generally the property was clean and comfortable to stay at and can recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay that is close to Sydney but feels miles away at the same time.

Let me first begin with the fact that the staff went above and beyond reception and in the dining room. The grounds were beautiful overlooking the golf course on the main floor was my one bedroom disability suite. However Access to and from the rooms and even into the dining room from the ramps with no disability buttons made Access very dangerous for a person in a wheelchair. The doors were heavy and very hard to open in a wheelchair.

We had a lovely stay at the resort. The villa was lovely with views across the water and the golf course. It was clean and perfectly laid out with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were only there for 2 nights so didn't play golf but enjoyed the fabulous swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) and had some food in the bar area which was lovely with a great view over the 18th. Would love to stay again and highly recommend it.

It was a great stay, nice big room. You have friendly and helpful staff, the food is amazing, especially for dinner and lunch. Two nice pools, and a sauna.
