We had a room overlooking the golf course which was spectacular to wake up to and had everything needed for a few nights stay. The food in Karinya's Restaurant was amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful especially Gloria from the restaurant who gave exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We definitely recommend this place and will be booking again very soon.

Since it was our first time staying at the resort, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was friendly and accommodating. He took the time to explain the resort layout and available amenities, which made us comfortable right away. The we booked was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed both the breakfast and lunch served at the restaurant. The restaurant manager, Roisin, was especially attentive and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. Kids enjoyed the pool and school holiday activities. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely visit again.

stayed for a business conference. the rooms, grounds, and conference facilities were great; the food was ok e.g. the bread seemed a bit stale, maybe because it had been refrigerated. Some healthier snack options would have been a 'delighter'.

Staff at the restaurant were friendly and at the reception. Hotel room has mould , bathroom had mould , sinks had mould. Cob webs everywhere. Pool was great. Aircon was a bad experience - did not function , was boiling the first night . Bad sleep. Very expensive for the experience we had . And breakfast variety was bad - pancakes where not refilledz. And the back. Was dark brown. Toaster kept burning the bread.

Nice short mini reset or break to get away from the city and work. Food was delicious at Karinyas restaurant. Comfortable stay with friendly staff. The only issue I had was the rooms were not sound proof enough. Could hear slamming of doors and child crying early in the morning.

We have stayed at your Hitek many many times and always enjoyed our stays , except this time. It has changed to a no service Hotel, ni clean towels , no rubbish removal, no clean mugs glasses or cutlery, no milk top up , worst of all no toilet cleaning , we were there for three nights and nothing. If you are not going to clean the toilet at least leave a toilet brush and disinfectant. This Hotel charged over $300 a night and it’s not value for money . We have a decision to make as we like going to the Art House Theatre but will have to rethink our accommodation. The staff are lovely and hard working but they have to deal with unhappy guests. I truely hope you rethink your policy or reduce your prices as at the moment it’s unexpectedly.
