Overall, my stay was great. Some very minor hiccups that were fixed, eg, not all team members know about the ALL rewards program, which was probably why there was no token/amenity and almost no breakfast (although I was happy to pay if the hotel wasn't part of the ALL rewards program; this was sorted). Would have preferred to be roomed in the main building since I have difficulty using the stairs - of course the view from my room was fantastic! Food was excellent! Was offered free coffee when I checked out.

Good, clean, spacious accommodation for 4 with ample furniture / appliances / towels - comfortable beds - quiet location - ample parking - impressive pool - good sauna and well equipped gym - well maintained gardens and lawns - very pleasant and knowledgeable staff - Mercure allowed us a late check out due to the fact that we had a booking in the restaurant at noon - unfortunately, wifi password didn't work - bathroom door leaked water onto the floor

I love golf and stay deals. Unfortunately it is rare to have home like accommodation available for 2 or 3 families stay together. Mercure Kooindah have 2 & 3bed apartments with spaicious lounge and dining area so we can play card games, boardgames etc
