I found the decision to stop servicing rooms other than every four days, a string disincentive to return to a hotel that I had previously enjoyed so much The staff are fabulous, the restaurant food is great, but i expect to have my room cleaner when I’ve paid $720 for two nights.

Regarding room servicing, both the hotel and Accor are working towards becoming more environmentally friendly, which is why stayover cleans are now scheduled every four days. Fresh linen and daily servicing have a significant environmental impact, and this updated approach helps reduce water and energy use while still ensuring that guests can request additional amenities whenever required. We understand that expectations vary, especially when staying at a premium rate, and we are sorry that this aspect of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our team is always happy to provide extra towels, amenities, or a refresh upon request, and we apologise if this was not made clear during your stay. Thank you again for your comments. I was meeting with a business partner and we played a round of golf, had a drink and then a meal at the restaurant. It was clean and friendly, the meal was good and the wine was nice, and the rooms were great.

Nice quite room, good facilities. Check in process was a little bumpy, as another guest had been checked into the room first allocated to me, but I got a nice room in exchange.
