Unfortunately, we do not offer a porter service at the hotel, which is why we were unable to assist with carrying your luggage. We do understand that this may have been frustrating and appreciate your understanding on this matter. Regarding the two-bedroom apartment with stairs, all of our apartments of this type do indeed have stairs. We recommend that our guests review the details on our website, which clearly outlines this information to ensure expectations are set accordingly. We also regret the delay during check-in, and we understand that it must have been frustrating to have to wait.
