We are delighted to hear that you found our three-bedroom apartments to be spacious and well-equipped for your party's needs. It is wonderful to know that the stunning views of the golf course added to your enjoyment of the stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the service of the rooms. As per our hotel policy, rooms are not routinely serviced during stays under 5 nights. We understand that this may lead to accumulation of rubbish for larger groups, and we encourage guests to reach out to our staff for assistance during their stay. Your observation about the absence of furniture on the upstairs balcony has been noted. We recognize how important it is to have a comfortable space to enjoy the views. Dear Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the spacious one-bedroom apartment and that our maintenance and hotel teams were able to respond quickly when the washing machine issue was reported. That said, I do sincerely apologise that the dishwasher remained out of service throughout your stay. I understand how disappointing and inconvenient this would have been during a longer visit, particularly when staying in apartment-style accommodation designed for guest comfort and convenience. I also appreciate your honest comments regarding the condition of the rooms. We are continuing to make upgrades and improvements across the property progressively, and feedback such as yours is valuable in helping us prioritise these works. Regarding stayover servicing, I completely understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your perspective. Our servicing policy forms part of Accor’s broader sustainability initiatives, with full services provided on extended stays unless additional servicing is requested. However, I do understand that many guests still value returning to a refreshed room each day, especially during work or longer stays, and I will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant teams.
