Don’t have the nice experience I was looking forward to have as a friend hyped up the so much, but unfortunately it wasn’t to our expectations. The room had to table besides the tv until. The toilet seat was wobbly and unstable ( was so awkward using the toilet), the tap was so old that every time we turn it on, it takes a min for the water to run and oh the noise it made was so uncomfortable that it kept waking up our toddler. I know it was a busy time when we stayed but there’s things that need to be maintained regardless. You can’t charge almost $400 a night and do no maintenance work whatsoever.

I booked my stay 3 weeks ahead and requested "Separate Bedding" in your Deluxe Studio for myself and my 13-year-old daughter. Upon arrival for the stay, the resort advised that separate bedding will be arranged shortly. However, a couple of hours later they advised me that separate bedding cannot be arranged and all they could offer me was a separate mattress on the floor. My daughter had to sleep on a mattress on the floor during our 4 night stay. I ended up check out early and leaving the resort due to her uncomfortable stay. In addition, the bed sheets and pillow cases had blood stains and were torn/ ripped in places.

We enjoyed our family long weekend at the resort. Our villa was well equipped and comfortable. But Reception was frequently unattended, and phone not answered when we had queries or problems with parking. Pool was not open at published time on the Sunday morning, and when we finally got entry we found the area littered with rubbish from the previous day.

Disappointing, outdated, terrible location. dirty and rudest staff lack of amenities, filthy pool area. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone. Carron is extremely rude and so are front of house staff. Such a disappointing place to stay.

I prepared $300 worth of food for dinner so the whole family could eat together, but the power went out and we couldn’t eat any of it. It was the worst day. On top of that, the power came back the next day but the internet wasn’t working, so an important meeting had to be cancelled.
