Dear Soojung, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay in Room 1303 from 10–12 July. Please again accept our sincere apologies for the issues you experienced during your stay. We are very disappointed to learn that the cleanliness of your room, the presence of ants and the internet connectivity left you feeling underwhelmed from your previous experience. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have, particularly a returning guest who chose to book directly with us based on a previous positive stay. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and for providing the photos and videos to assist with our investigation. Your feedback has been shared with our Management Team so that the concerns can be thoroughly investigated and appropriate corrective action taken. As a gesture of good will you would have now received the processed refund of 50% of your accommodation charges in the amount of $551.00 and the additional Accor Points. There are a few minor things that need attention within the resort. - There is no phone within the villa we stayed in. This should be mentioned at check-in. - There is no valid information in the villa about how to order room-service. There was a sign on the kitchen that was in poor condition that mentioned room-service and had a QR code. The QR code is no longer valid. - There was a notice on the back of the front door to the villa which had been put there late winter or early spring, presumably the year before. This information is also out of date. - The peeling paint on the wall at the indoor pool is unsightly. I hope it gets cleaned and repainted soon. Aside from noticing these maintenance issues we enjoyed out stay. My children enjoyed the pizza on Monday night and throroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning.

I opted for a two bedroom villa expecting it to be higher quality and self contained. Doors are stuffed; walls dirty, fitout old. It’s a total refurb. Parking was away from the villa which was not disclosed. I asked to be moved but couldn’t be accommodated. The swallows bar was overwhelmed with inadequate staffing. My bill was wrong but I will give credit to the staff for resolving it pleasantly but only after I drew it to their attention. i would not stay here againl
