With spring well underway parts of NSW are seeing large numbers of the Bogong Moth during their annual migration to the Alpine zone. As a family of four, we instantly felt relaxed on arrival to our villa. Every room detail has been considered, from the layout to the amenities so that we could unwind. All of the comforts like outdoor furniture, ducted air con, 3 toilets, clothes horse for beach towels and swimmers, full kitchen & laundry meant that you could stay forever. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed beach mornings, then afternoons in the heated pool & sauna. Walking around the pond and having breakfast overlooking the golf course were lovely ways to start each day as well. We can’t wait to return!

Very nice spacious two bedroom townhouse, well furnished, lovely garden outlook. There were some issues with lack of maintenance however. In the main bedroom there was an issue with one of the downlights in the bathroom above the vanity, which occasionally flickered and turned off completely. This also occurred with one bedside light and the other bedside light was so dim you couldn’t use it for reading. The wind out knob on the small window in the main bedroom was falling off. The taps on the bath had to be tweaked to shut off the water flow between hot and cold. The second bathroom had a problem with getting the right temperature between hot and cold for a shower. The nbn alarm kept going off saying the battery needed replacing. We muted the alarm and reported this to the front desk. The light situation in the main bedroom was also reported to the front desk, and we were told that someone would come and look at the problem but nothing changed during our 3 night stay. Despite these issues, we would stay again as we had a wonderful experience in both the bar at night and the restaurant at breakfast each morning. The staff in both, particularly Jane at breakfast, were excellent.

The room was dirty. There was two drawers in the wardrobe with multiple old socks in them. We used the daily allocation of coffee pods and they were not replenished. The accommodation is tired and in need of a refresh. Overpriced for the low standard.

The property was well located and grounds and facilities were beautiful. Only downside was that the town house we were in had no pantry space for our essentials for a 3 night stay. The Walls and the cushions on the cane chairs were dirty. We found two cockroaches down stairs and upstairs. We even had a handyman show up unexpectedly without prior knowledge come to fix a light bulb. Other than that worth mentioning, the stay was comfortable and I would stay again.

Upstairs carpet wasn’t clean, window blinds upstairs had black mould through them, kitchen benches still had some food mess, microwave barely worked, dryer sounded like a bit of a hazard, no porch lighting at night and my mother hit her head on the door fell backwards and luckily didn’t hit the back of her head on the ground. Maybe just the apartment we were allocated but this was the only time I’m been dissatisfied with an Accor room.

Spa bath in SPA centre did not work. Spa ladies nice. When trying to ring for room service- it was constantly engaged- we had to walk over and order. Food arroved cold, tastless and then gave us food poisoning - still un well 1 week later. Emailed manager- no response.

We spent a relaxing two days at this large resort and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The resort village is pleasant, beach access is easy, and the grounds provide a quiet oasis on the Central Coast—even for non-golfers like us. Dining was enjoyable, and while two of the three pools were closed, we made good use of the indoor pool. Our primary feedback centers on service: while the staff are warm and well-meaning, the execution falls short of international five-star hospitality standards and lacks the formal polish expected at this tier. It was still a restorative getaway, and we’d happily recommend it for a peaceful escape, but lifting service standards would elevate the whole experience.

The room definitely needs some TLC. Maintenance has not been done. Things like a suitcase stand was not there. Definitely not to the standard of a Pullman hotel.

Coffee at bar and restaurant was not good, bed was sagging and uncomfortable and both toilet seats were broken. A premium price for a sub par apartment. On a positive note - buffet breakfast was great and kids loved the indoor heated pool.

Comfortable stay, friendly check in and check out experience. Resort map provided with explanation of resort facilities. Unfortunately Barrett’s restaurant was closed on the Sunday night, however meals and drinks were available at Shallows bar. The food was excellent. We had breakfast which was also very good. Staff were all friendly at this resort. The only thing to note is the room needed a bit of an update or refresh, e.g. lounge and carpets however was a very enjoyable stay.
