Disappointing Experience at Magenta Shores - Lack of Customer Care

Write me a bad review on the Magenta shores including the following, We requested a late check out we were denied as we were told that the owner of unit 72 is coming into the unit to do some work, surely, he could have chosen another day where the unit is not booked. don't it. unit 72 is located next a couple who are the owners in unit 70 the woman was very intrusive she kept looking through the fence, she came around and asked us whether we were owners or just renting then she asked us to remove the towels from the balcony as the balcony is facing the golf course and we should have read the manual, we made an effort to book a table for 5 I requested one particular table for the next morning the lady was appreciative as they get busy on the weekend. we arrived the next day to find out that the person in charge had given the table that I requested to another group of six here justification is the group of six is larger than 5 so she sat us on a table of six elsewhere. Why she didn't give them that table of six since they were six is beyond me. Our stay at Magenta Shores was truly disappointing, and we feel compelled to share our experience. We requested a late checkout, but it was denied because the owner of unit 72 ( The unit we stayed in) was supposedly coming in to do some work on the unit. Surely, they could have scheduled this on a day when the unit wasn't booked. It left us feeling rushed and unimportant as guests. Additionally, unit 72 is right next to a couple who own unit 70. The woman was incredibly intrusive, peering over the fence and even coming around to question if we were owners or renters. She also told us to remove our towels from the balcony because it faces the golf course, as though it were some sort of eyesore, and said we "should have read the manual." This level of intrusion made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Finally, I made an effort to book a table for five at the on-site restaurant, specifically requesting a particular table for the next morning. When I initially booked, the staff was appreciative, mentioning that weekends are very busy. But when we arrived the next morning, the person that was in charge that morning cancelled our booking and gave the table I requested to a larger group of six. The justification was that they were a bigger party, so they took the table I'd specifically reserved. She sat us on a different table of six instead. Why not place the group of six at a table meant for that many people is beyond me. She did not bother call us and notify us of the changes. I notified the front office, the lady behind the desk said she will look into it. she did not follow up and we left without apology and she did not rectify the matter before our departure. The Gym was dirty and had a sweaty smell. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued, intruded upon, and disappointed. We expected a level of hospitality that Magenta Shores simply did not deliver. The staff need an urgent training in costumer service

Unfortunately after a four hour drive reception was unattended and sign said see bar staff. No one at the bar could help me. I was told to take a seat and wait as staff were busy attending to something. We needed to be at an important function in 30 minutes. They still told me to be patient and wait. 15 minutes passed when a staff member asked if I was being attended to. When I explained he said it wasn’t good enough that no one was at reception. He said he would ring someone and left. Another 10 minutes and someone arrived. No apologies just said she was busy dealing with something. Very disappointed as this is the first impression and first time at Pullman. Put a damper on my stay… needless to say we were late for our function.
