Upon arrival on our 5 night stay, we found both the fridge and overhead fan not working. There was so much ice build up that the door would not close. Reception was quick to send someone down to chip away just enough ice so the door could close. Reception informed us that the fan operated by remote and went to find it for us. Neither were seen again = no fan Our first night also found the restaurant not open, so we ordered room service and also asked for an icebucket to assist in keeping drinks cool. A black plastic bag with ice appeared to be the best they could do. The studio and furnishings are in dire need of updating and as our room was unserviced for the whole time, there were not enough supplies. We used our own plastic bags to carry our rubbish along the road to the bin collection area.

Very disappointed with the experience which was far from the five stars advertised. It took two weeks to book a massage after leaving multiple voicemails only for it to be cancelled because of staffing issues. Villa had torn furniture and stained tables. Front desk unmanned multiple times when we were looking for service or support. Restaurant missing items with no communication. Room service at extra charge. Dirty / dusty toilets. Would not stay here again for the cost.
