Hotel, rooms and reception staff were very nice. The fine dining restaurant and breakfast restaurant have some issues i.e. poor service levels due to staff shortages and inefficient processes

The resort is showing its age and is tired and in need of a bit of tlc. My room needed a good paint and proper clean. There were holes in the wall where a hook once was and the tiles in the bathroom needed a good clean as they were marked. I thought it was outrageously expensive for what you actually got.

i booked well in advance, the room given had no curtains, it took a long time to get another room, only to find someone else who had our no curtain room had been given that replacement room, we had to leave for a wedding which left me 5 minutes to dress instead of a planned careful procedure. upon our arrival back we had indeed a lovely replacement. but honestly, the whole thing should have been done more quickly. we will not be back. Breakfast our young guest was told no we dont do iced coffee, but as we went over to the other side of the dining precinct area, you could get an ice coffee. why it was not mentioned is poor. just poor all over. and disappointing . nope not good enough
