Had to mix work with family time and needed more space than a suite could provide for myself, son and career therapy dog. Pepper were more than accommodating, the staff gave us extraordinary service, our requests for towels, extra bedding or information were promptly actioned and with genuine kindness. What an incredible team of people working at Peppers Broadbeach!!! High level of cleanliness in the room and communal areas. Perfectly located for wining and dining, stroll to beach and parklands.
