Customer dealing staff are fantastic, rooms great and location fantastic. As a Platinum member I was disappointed that I wasn't offered a room upgrade. When I raised this on day 1 with front desk, they informed me there was a note on file stating "no availability". I immediately attempted a booking and a room upgrade was available. We stayed in a two bed city view and a two bed ocean view was availabe. Front desk stated this would be passed to management - despite staying for another three days no one made contact with me. On day 1 we had an issue with wi fi that engineering were unable to resolve that day. This was not resolved during our stay - a further three days - and again no contact was made with us to explain/apologise. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in had one coffee cup and only two wine glasses - it should not take guests to realise this.

I also regret that the Wi-Fi issue remained unresolved throughout your stay without proper communication or apology. Additionally, your comments regarding the incomplete kitchenware setup in your apartment have been noted and will be addressed with our housekeeping team to ensure these oversights are not repeated.
