I'm a solo traveler from Canada for Umrah. Good stay - professional staff and well-cleaned. It's a bit far from Haram, but the shuttles are available anytime; I'm going outside, and buses are waiting. I'm so satisfied, and I feel like home, not a hotel. The receptionists are professional and respectful. Housekeeping and restaurant workers are well-organized. I'm recommending this hotel to my friends and family when they plan for the future. Insha'Allah, I'll definitely visit if I get a special deal in the future. I also signed up for membership.

The hotel was neat and clean, noise free, with a very comfortable room that made our visit pleasant. The dedicated bus service was extremely convenient, and the front desk staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The check-out process was smooth and easy as well. The only drawback we faced was that water would remain on the bathroom floor after every use. However, the housekeeping staff was very responsive and provided us with a floor wiper so we could manage it easily. Overall, a great experience and will stay here on upcoming visits.
