The reception staff were very kind and courteous. The young man who parked our car provided excellent service and was very polite. Breakfast was excellent—more than I expected—with a variety of fruits and cheeses, natural juices, and everything in good condition. But don’t go to the restaurant for an early dinner; you won’t find much available, and they take an eternity just to bring tea and an omelet. We waited more than 45 minutes for just that. The restaurant floor is not cleaned from one day to the next. I stayed in a room with a view of the bay. The bed is spacious and so is the room. The sheets were clean, but the floor wasn’t very well cleaned. The bathtub in the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned either. The toilet isn’t great — none of the functions it’s supposed to have actually work, and it’s unclear what they’re trying to showcase with that type of toilet.
