Excellent service in great location

Staff were great, especially Jose and Rosana. The location is ideal, on the promenade, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. High up rooms facing the promenade have great sea views. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast was great too. The only criticisms would be a) we would have liked to have had glasses changed for clean ones after every daily clean, and b) the watered down orange juice for breakfast

Pretty location on Rio Del Plata

Hotel was in a very central location, near to some great restaurants and shopping. The room whilst small was comfortable. Would have preferred a view of the River/Ocean but my room was at the back facing the Sheraton. Breakfast was first class and staff extremely friendly. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel

Perfect customer service

The first good impression I had was with the customer service when I sent an e-mail asking for some help. I wanted to make a surprise for my boyfriend and they not only printed the letter I sent but also made a beautiful cake to leave on the room once we checked in. They also were very kind and worried about us, and offered a service about the transfer from the airport to the hotel. We had a very good impression about everything. Was everything super clean, the shower was perfect. The location of the hotel even better.
