My room was full of black mould and it absolutely also stunk of it too.

Doves and Birds wake you up

I couldn't sleep well, Doves nesting in the window make scratching and annoying sounds. When I talked about this with my Office colleagues they told me that they don't choose this hotel because of the birds noise. I don't think I'll stay there again..

Very well located - excellent personnel - not very well maintained

The hotel is ideally located close to the Punta Carretas shopping center. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. However, this hotel clearly needs maintenance. The windows are severely stained, the wallpaper is old, this hotel has not been properly maintained. With good maintenance, the whole guest experience would be much better.
