Dirty, moldy rooms. I changed rooms because of a cat piss smell. Come to find out the whole hotel smells like stale cat piss or ammonia or sewage. It was truly disgusting. If I was booked for more than 2 days, I would have canceled and left. I bared down and dealt with it. It STUNK. The rooms are barebones, not a bad size but very old and dirty. Like literally dirt and stain in the corner. Only good thing was one staff member (the rest of them were apathetic) and the location. NEVER AGAIN.

1. despite completing check in online, it took a very, very long time to check in, and not like the email said "just collect your key". 2. the aircon in our room didn't work (cool), only hot air, and since our window was facing the sun, the room was extremely hot all day and night and meant that we couldn't get a good night's sleep. 3. we needed to extend our stay by 1 night initially and when i asked at reception i was told it's fully booked; i later checked online and saw there are rooms available; i whatsapp-ed reception, no apology, no nothing, just "you can book online, and come to us the day you're supposed to check out to ask that we keep you in the same room" 4. When i came to reception to do what i was asked in my point 3 above, i paid my bill and then was told that i need to pay $8 per day for parking; it was the first time i heard about it, we weren't told that parking is not free when we checked in 5. Breakfast is way too expensive 6. We ended up staying 4 nights, not a single time we were asked if we need our room to be cleaned, towels or toilet paper. 7. The entrance to the staircase is blocked, why??

Since May 2025, I come to this hotel twice or three times a month. It's pet friendly and I'm okay with it. Price has been always steady and great breakfast. However, I went there on a Sunday (it's winter time right now) and when I checked out on Monday morning, suddenly the price hiked US$ 20.00, because on Sunday, the hotel was "too busy" and the "demand was high". Have you ever heard of anything more stupid than that? No one came up with a more precise answer. The Supevisor or GM or whoever he was "Matias Correa", gave that pitiful answer. Website is still listing US$ 60.00 as a flate rate, plus taxes! Shameful and disgraceful for regular customers!
