except that Housekeeping forgot to remove the clothes off cupboard belonging to previous guests, rest of the stay was good.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok. Ventilation in room was (too) loud, without possibility tu turn it off permanently. Green LED of the control unit was very bright and exactly opposite the bed. There was mold in the shower! The Siphon of the shower did not work, there was always an awful smell (room 517).

Service is decreasing compared to earlier experiences in the same hotel - it is becoming more and more difficult to receive late check-out and now it was refused (while rooms still available) - breakfast room is opened only half, second part was only opened when guests did not find a table anymore in the open part, situation was uncomfortable - bar is open later than communicated on posters Convenience of hotel management and personel seems to have become more important than the comfort of the guests
