Our room had a beautiful view of the lake from the floor to ceiling window which added an air of freshness. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the shower which was spacious and the sink area had lots of shelving for toiletries etc. There were USB plugs on the wall on each side of the bed which is a nice touch since we all travel with phones that need charging. The staff were friendly and well trained. It was great to have a car park so your vehicle is out of the sun plus we could park right beside the elevator which greatly eased moving luggage in and out. Overall I would highly recommend the Mercure as a place to stay.

Good stay, fridge was empty, only milk was provided. There was supposed to be water and a minibar. No ice machine in the room as listed on the website.
