Great airport hotel. The hotel is brand new with nice amenties like the pool, gym and sauna. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Staff are all accomodating and friendly.

Poor room not ready. On 15th or this morning on 19th Very disappointed

Terrible computer-based check in process. Tried to check in to be told there was no room for me even through I'd had a booking for well over a month. Had to wait for someone to come out, after investigating trying to figure it out, they then made a big deal of 'upgrading' me - have the room i booked available and you don't have to upgrade. Its you providing the service that was paid for so just do it. You do have good pillows.
