The hotel is located in a strategic area. During my stay, I requested to borrow eating utensils, but the response was quite slow (faster responsiveness is highly needed). I also noticed that the cleanliness of the toilet needs to be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, and the deluxe room was spacious and comfortable making our stay very relaxing. A very pleasant surprise to receive a room upgrade despite my last-minute booking as an Accor Platinum member. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It was a lovely surprise to receive a fruit platter with out favorite fruits that weren’t offered at the buffet. A special thank you to Mrs. Rima at the reception for her warm hospitality and assistance, and Mr. Erik at the restaurant during breakfast, who made our dining experience even more memorable. Keep up the great work. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would be back and definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
