Its been while I don't stay in this hotel, but overall they have great service. But I remember one time, I got the room that the bathroom in the area of shower had the bad smell. But it was gone when I put the water running. Sorry for late respons the email because I rarely check my email

Nice ambience, clean room, location is good, bed is nice, but the pillow is a bit hard i wish the hotel have a little softer pillow that would be nice. Breakfast is good, dinner was really tasty. Overall is good.

I did late check-in, but the staff was so friendly and responsive. Welcome drink was so good for accor member, i felt i was very special. My Executive Room was so comfort, spacious, and there was nothing to complaint. Breakfast was also good and full of variety. The egg station chef was little bit confused when i asked him to provide me with a poached egg. But overall, i was nice to stay in Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla. Thanks for all the teams.

I was waited for more than 30 mins for check in And when I was enter there no fruit for welcome me. At evening I was asked the manager or staff at FO ,why no fruit for me ? He replied only for specific guest only. And when I went out for gym , in sneak they put 1 small pan for me for 1 apple,1 orange 1 salak and 3 pcs of cookies . I don't like this kind of gesture to be honest.

It was okay but need some improvements. One thing i look forward is to have breakfast, i like the whole wheat bread and the guy at the egg counter, he always made the right half boiled egg for me. I know it aint something big but for me it matters when someone pay attention to what I asked for. Check out was always quick. The staff, not all were friendly, but most of them are. One thing though, local or foreigner, they should not treat them differently. They are the guests after all. The shuttle car from the hotel to the office (vice versa) was always on time.

Stayed in deluxe room. Check-in process took a long time. The carpet was soaked/mouldy from bathroom leakage, located next to bed Bathroom blinds was also broken. Had no time to request change to other room as my meeting schedule was packed until late. Have not tried other facilities.

I stayed 2 nights and had wonderful experience. The sofa bed in the room was exceptional and Novotel provided baby crip as well. The breakfast was superb. But, I had to Wait 30 minutes until my room ready. It needs to be improved!
