Always stay in this hotel when Im in Makassar. But when I ask for the access to the lounge just for read my book in my break time, they never allowed because my room type. In other hotels, bandung, surabaya, Palembang etc. I got the access n the upgrade because the regularity even with my corporate special rate (crown plaza, four points, Marriott, novotel, Sheraton, wyndham). Well maybe Novotel Makassar can do the same... give the regular guest an upgrade to the lounge. Special treatment or upgrade is always appreciated in hospitality business.
