I lost my charger phone

The room is ok, but when I leaving this hotel I forget to bring my charger, and I ask to lost and found in another day and they said there's no charger left in my room at 315, so sad !

This is my xth times staying in Ibis Makassar City Centre. it's always been my choice and no regret. Prior to my arrival, Ms. Mumty from the hotel already contacted me to confirm time of arrival as well as rooms arrangement. Upon arrival, check in was smooth and easy. A small welcome package was waiting for me in my room as well. What I really want to appreciate is the extra miles that Ms Mumty and team this time. I accidentally left my blazer in my room. I called the hotel to inform them and arrange for somebody to pick them up. At first, they told me that the blazer wasn't in the room. I asked Ms Mumty to help me to look for it and a couple days later, I was informed that they found my blazer. I got my blazer back with no problem. Thank you so much for the extra mile. I really appreciate it :)

I'm glad to spend my 12 days with a good, warm, and friendly services even in the midnight when my key card was lock (cause I'd accidentally put my key close to my phone). Last but not least, their team are amazing. They gave me greeting cards with a creative style almost everyday. What a nice service!

My hotel stay was nearly perfect except for the dillenia spa experienced. I booked a 2 hours massage but she finished it around 1 hour 30 mins. Massage was too soft for a traditional massage. She keep complaining about my sun burned skin saying "geli, geli" all the time. I felt that she is unprofessional as a spa therapist. She did charged me 1 hr 30mins rates with a discount, total of 220000, but I only have 300000, and she never have small notes, so no choice I have to pay her 300000. I will not recommend dillenia spa to my friends who want to try traditional massage at the hotel.

The location is fantastic—walking distance to a mosque, Phinisi Point mall, and a small promenade. Service is always excellent at Ibis properties. Unfortunately, this particular place has two problems: 1) tiny bathrooms, like the kind you’d see on an airline; and 2) no chance for upgrade if you’re a Gold Accor member because rooms are the same. The Staff were very friendly and called earlier to confirm our stay. They also go out of their way to provide us the room we wanted, which was a room with king size bed, even though at the time of room booking, it was not available. Really appreciate their help to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible.

When I checked in and checked out in this hotel, I had to wait quite long. When I asked my receipt (invoice), they said they cannot give it because I booked on line. This kind of experiences was never happened to me ( a member of accor club) since I joint accor club 2011. Although, after a while, finally they give me the receipt. However, the location is close to Losari beach, and some good restaurants.
