Great location, only a short 200-meter walk to the famous Losari Beach. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food. The Reception staff were very friendly and always greeted us warmly. Firstly when I check in, a staff forgot to gave me back my ID until I realised that I lost it and asked her. Secondly, there were some stains on the bedsheet and had a broken wall soap so, it was hard to use it. Thirdly, we had breakfast but the food were cold except noodle soup and laksa.

Hotel location is great, but unfortenately the room maintenance is poor, the showers hanger is broken, and rubber door seal came loose, the floor also very bad condition

OLD building hotel, everything inside need replacement. Shower full of corrosion, mold in the room, linen smelly like didn’t wash properly. The room too dark and humid. They don’t maintain quality for the room and all amenities are not supposed to use anymore under Accor brand I dont stay overnight in this Ibis Hotel, Immediately leave the hotel at 10pm because super uncomfortable Feels like stay inside old storage room
