Would stay there again if ever. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing!

There were a few oddities that made the room difficult. The first thing was the bed was facing away from the door, while it was nice to face the window, facing away from the door didn't provide comfort when sleeping. The only other issue I had was the noise in the morning. Around 7AM there was a non-stop sound, as if someone were dragging furniture across the room, which persisted through to when I checked out. Besides those two things my overall stay was lovely, I appreciated how accessible all the outlets were to the bed. The bathroom was clean and offered a nice counter top for getting ready in the morning. The staff was very friendly! Though the check-in was a bit confusing for how and where you go, especially if the staff was attending to someone else, it was unclear if you entered into the lobby or a restaurant. Just putting a sign up would help!

No sheets on bed and could not pull up the top cover to cover entire body. Lines were not quality.

The people were warm and welcoming and very helpful. Being able to park at your hotel, including a few hours after check out was very useful. The facilities were mostly accessible. I pointed out the issues we had with the person who was working the front desk and that person was receptive to our feedback and fixed the one issue later the same day (we were told - we had already checked out). The bathroom design for wheelchair accessibility was flawed (in out point of view) because there was only one grab bar, instead of two, around the toilet. It is better to install grab bars that can be moved up and out of the way as needed. I image the one on the other side wasn't installed, as it would get in the way of a person accessing the sink. But if you installed a grab bar that can be moved up and out of the way, then a person can both have two grab bars, and access the sink. The issue was that the alarm cord was cut - and therefore not functional, which is a safety issue. As we said, the person we told this too says they had it fixed the same day, so this is good.

Excellent choice for a business trip. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the room was quiet with a comfortable desk setup, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff was professional and efficient. Perfect for working remotely and getting a great night's rest

The room was very comfortable and in a great location. The staff was hospitable, knowledgeable and kind! We even forgot a wallet in the room's safe. After two days of checking out, Angelo was able to retrieve the wallet and held it for us to pick up as we passed through Fatima again several days later!

My biggest shout-out goes to housekeeping: nothing too crazy but we had a sick kid and they went above and beyond to help us out in every way we could wish. They were so sweet!

Great for single travelers. But, pick another hotel if you’re a twosome due to terrible bathroom set up here. No doors to bathroom or toilet or shower area, just a glass partition. Breakfast was incredible!!!
