The hotel is situated ideally where most activities for tourists to visit. The service crew for breakfast had the best attitude and care while providing food to visitors during meal. It was a great start for the day!

The hotel is fantastic. It's located centrally almost 2 mins walk from the church. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. It's clean, modern and well designed. The only odd thing was the way breakfast was served. They have a buffet layed out but ask you to sit at the table and the staff will bring the breakfast to the table. So you end up with more food that you need or you are too shy to ask for seconds if you like something. They serve a bread basket with meats and cheeses and fruits. They also serve scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms. The hot breakfast was always cold and we never liked it. Most people around us rarely finished everything ie huge food wastage. I'd recommend not to get breakfast and eat in some cafe. The staff was friendly, especially the cleaning staff. There is a minimalist gym in the basement -2 level, never busy so that's good. There is also a lovely gift and souvenir shop attached to the hotel with a cafe on the side and a decent restaurant. Overall we loved it mostly because of its location.

Issues - again - with extra invoices. I wanted to pay the night before leaving. I ask for the bill, get the amount and pay with my Eurocard. Then - "oh I forgot one night, so I need you to pay more" I do that - and then I can not get two corresponding invoices to the bookkeeping department (business travel) I am told that the invoices will be issued and brought up to my room. Nothing. I phone reception and tell them I go to bed - and i was told "the correct invoices will be ready for you in the morning" Upon arrival at reception next morning - NOTHING. The young lady who was on duty - and who also had breakfastservice - had to try to find out, how she could manage. After a long wait, she was only able to make 3 invoices totalling the two amounts debited to my Eurocard. Not good - same kind of problem last time (27/02-23 - 01/03-23)
