Good Location, Nice Hotel, Not very practical room, Breakfast not good

Well, to say the least the location was very good and the hotel was very nice indeed. However, we must complain on the breakfast system. It is offered as buffet but not actually a buffet. They bring to you what you ask for. We have been in Portugal for 12 days and stayed at hotels in Lisbon - Fatima - Porto and Duoro Valley, all of them offered buffet breakfast that was excellent. At the Fatima hotel we felt not being trusted with the method used at breakfast.

Very nice new hotel with lovely rooms, good wifi and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice but a bit strange in that there is no buffet but they bring everything they have to your table. Seems a bit wasteful to me but if it works for them so be it!

The location is very convenient. It’s just next to the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary and not far from the coach station. The staff was very friendly and helpful dedd as kite couldn’t accommodate my upgrading room request as AccorPlus Gold member due to full house.
