Housekeeping was inconsistent, something was always missing. Front Desk staff need to show more hospitality. You have 2 that are very good. The others need more training

這次入住 法蒂瑪美居酒店,是一次超出預期的體驗。 酒店位於法蒂瑪相對安靜的區域，與聖地核心距離步行約 5–6 分鐘，既保有便利性，又避開主要人潮，特別適合重視休息品質的旅客。對於帶孩子的家庭來說，這樣的環境非常加分。 我這次是獨自帶著兩歲幼兒入住，酒店整體非常親子友善，可提前預約嬰兒床（雅高會員免費）。房型選擇為一張大床加沙發床，並包含早餐與晚餐。兩餐品質都在水準之上，口味與呈現都令人滿意。 特別想感謝三位工作人員的細心照顧： “KOMAL”在看到我一人帶著生病的孩子且行李繁多的情況下，主動協助我們提前兩小時入住（原定為下午三點，當日為平日且未滿房）； “HANAN”在晚餐時貼心提供額外的蔬菜濃湯，擔心我們份量不足； 以及 ANGELO 經理協助解決網路問題，讓我能順利完成遠端工作。 這些細節，讓人真切感受到「以人為本」的服務精神。 作為一位已走訪 20 多個國家、入住超過 500 間酒店的旅人，我已經很久沒有在四星酒店中感受到如此接近五星級的接待體驗。這也是在法蒂瑪眾多（近 300 間）住宿選擇中，這間酒店能脫穎而出的關鍵。 另外值得一提的是床品品質。對於像我這樣極度過敏體質，以及有異膚寶寶的家庭來說，清潔度非常重要。這兩晚我和孩子都睡得非常放鬆舒適，沒有任何不適反應。 周邊生活機能也相當便利：附近有餐廳、咖啡店、冰淇淋店與提款機；步行約 7–8 分鐘可到巴士站；附近也有公園，很適合帶孩子放電。 這是一間我會真心推薦，也會再次選擇入住的酒店。 My stay at Mercure Fátima exceeded expectations in every way. Located in a quieter area of Fátima, the hotel is still just a 5–6 minute walk from the Sanctuary. It offers the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility—ideal for travelers who value quality rest, especially families with young children. I traveled alone with my two-year-old child, and the hotel proved to be very family-friendly. Baby cots can be reserved in advance (complimentary for Accor members). I booked a room with one large bed and a sofa bed, including breakfast and dinner—both meals were consistently good in quality and presentation. I would like to sincerely thank three staff members: KOMAL, who kindly allowed us early check-in (two hours ahead of the standard 3 PM) after noticing I was traveling alone with a sick child and many bags! HANAN, who thoughtfully offered an extra bowl of vegetable soup during dinner! & manager ANGELO, who helped resolve an internet issue so I could complete urgent remote work. These thoughtful gestures truly reflect a people-first service culture. Having stayed in over 500 hotels across more than 20 countries, it has been a long time since I experienced such genuine, almost five-star-level hospitality in a four-star property. This is what makes Mercure Fátima stand out among the many accommodation options in the area. Another highlight is the bedding quality. As someone with severe allergies, and traveling with a child with sensitive skin, cleanliness is critical. We both slept comfortably with no reactions—something I deeply appreciate. The surrounding area is also convenient, with restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and ATMs nearby. A park is within walking distance, perfect for children, and the bus station is about 7–8 minutes away on foot. This is a hotel I would confidently recommend and gladly return to.

This is my second time at Mercure Fatima and the best proof that I like it is that I am going back there in a few days. I love the staff, the location (close to the Sanctuary), the cleanliness, the breakfast and the atmosphere. I still don't like the design of the room. I think separate shower and toilet with glass doors creates an uncomfortable lack of privacy. However, there are other strong points as mentioned above. Such a pitty some staff don't speak English. I would have loved to talk to them more.

Everything went all right since the reception. The room was comfortable and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. An excellent stay.
