Check-in was easy, food and drinks were readily available in a beautiful environment. Service staff was helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. A gift shop was conveniently located right next to the hotel. The rooms were comfortable. The food choices, including the breakfast was phenomenal. Overall, we enjoyed our trip tremendously.

Hotel has excellent location. Just beside Fatima sanctuary. It is modern hotel with very nice rooms. Breakfast is just fine. However, they need to train their staff to be more customer friendly. Just had not so good experience with one staff. Have stayed in this hotel previously. Didn’t have problems with previous stays. Hope will have better experience in the further. Overall, still a very good hotel.
