This is my second time at Mercure Fatima and the best proof that I like it is that I am going back there in a few days. I love the staff, the location (close to the Sanctuary), the cleanliness, the breakfast and the atmosphere. I still don't like the design of the room. I think separate shower and toilet with glass doors creates an uncomfortable lack of privacy. However, there are other strong points as mentioned above. Such a pitty some staff don't speak English. I would have loved to talk to them more.

It was great... the food was also delicious, we had dinner and breakfast. There was a new system and the check in was slow, besides that, everything was great!

The hotel is well located, very close to the famous church, the bed was comfortable and shower was good, but no breakfast was included while others do for the same price.

A perfect stay only to be let down by the wastage at breakfast. We can no longer afford to take things for granted, breakfast set was beautiful and well endowed. However, would prefer buffet style to reduce food wastage.
