Truly awful aircon and lack of air in the room. Second day they opened the window which helped. No safe in the room was very difficult for international traveller. Staff were lovely.

We were pleased that the hotel would hold our bags for us when we arrived very early before check-in time. Check-in was quick, so was check out. The room was very basic, extremely small, and lacked many things (coffee maker, kettle, etc.) that one typically finds in a hotel room but the price was quite low so I guess you get what you pay for. The shower head hose was broken or loose somehow and half the water sprayed back towards the wall rather than towards the person showering. The shower drain did not drain quickly enough and nearly overflowed the shower pan but I turned the shower off just before that happened. Hotel location isn't ideal but it isn't horrible either. My wife's comment for our overall stay was "it was better than a hostel" meaning she certainly wasn't pleased with my hotel choice. If you are looking for a VERY BASIC room in a somewhat OK location for an inexpensive price this could be a good or acceptable choice but spending a few extra Euro elsewhere may be the better choice. It's all a matter of preference, budget, and expectations.
