We stayed at Raffles OWO to celebrate my girlfriend’s 31st birthday. We’ve stayed at Raffles before and chose this hotel because we knew the service would be exceptional. The hotel is stunning and the service was top-notch, as always. London weather was cold, rainy, and unpredictable, but the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. Towards the end of our stay I was unwell, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which meant a lot to us. Even the porter told us we were “like family,” and that’s exactly how we felt. They really know how to make you feel at home. A special thank you to Alesandra from Guest Services, Ellie and Cathal at Reception,Jordi from FB, Jose and the entire Concierge team, as well as the wonderful spa and pool staff, and to everyone who made our stay so incredibly special. We’ll definitely be back.

We paid for 6 nights with breakfast included, however each day the breakfast was charged extra. During checkout we mentioned that and it was said that the difference between charged amount will be removed from the bill, however they didn’t remove it.
