Ho soggiornato in questo hotel una sola notte, camera grande con letto grande e confortevole, bagno grande e con ampia finestra, climatizzazione perfetta così come anche la pulizia. Unico punto a sfavore ,per quanto riguarda il mio soggiorno, è che alla mia richiesta di un ombrello ,visto che pioveva a dirotto, mi è stato risposto che ne erano sprovvisti, questo mi è sembrato molto strano visto che ogni hotel anche di categoria inferiore e non appartenente a catene internazionali offrono ai clienti in caso di pioggia questo servizio.

Cama de solteiro que vendem como casal (foi o item mais critico para mim, pois voce ve uma cama imensa, mas tem que dormir somente em um lado, decepcionante) ar condicionado sempre ligado, impossibilitando ser desligado (fui no frio, e estava muito frio!) e ao utilizar a banheira do quarto, vazou água por todo o banheiro. o quarto é muuto lindo, mas as péssimas experiencias que tive, nao valeram a pena. Outros colegas ficaram em quartos inferiores e eram mais bonitos e aconchegantes.

We stayed for ne night and it was perfect. Staff was very responsive and location is good, a 5min walk to the clock tower. Breakfast was plenty and good choice. Highly reccomend!

The hotel is quite old, but acceptable and quite clean. The breakfast is not acceptable at all. But the main disappointment is the the receptionist. She did not find the reservation. After a while she manage to find, but the attitude was disgusting. When I told her that she is not professional the answer was: "I can refuse your reservation and go in other place". A day before I asked if I can settle down earlier on that day and the answer was yes. At the reception she told me that she don't receive any message about this and I need to wait. All in all, I don't understand what a person like this is doing there!!! As a "bonus", I want to pay with vacation tickets (as I have discussed over the phone at reservation), but the POS was not working for this payment type, but only for normal cards.
