As a Platinum ALL member, I was not upgraded until I went back to reception and asked why not. The hotel says it chooses not to give a welcome amenity too, despite the programme terms not allowing this. Poor quality towels and toilet paper. Many tv channels not working. Only one non-decaf coffee provided. Only one black tea bag provided. Mains socket on one side of bed only. Hotel claims to be four-star, but feels like two.

Nice experience just before flying to our destination. Roloms very comfortable and quiet with a ice bathroom. A good restaurant as well.

Returned to the hotel because the location, layout and the quality of the staff is so good. Nothing id too much trouble and it's only a short walk to virtually all amenities in the city. Room was spacious and quiet and only gripe would be paper cups for drinking refreshments out of in the room and almost threadbare towels in the bathroom. In mitigation so many hotels have take to these cutbacks.
