Mostly good: friendly staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, good location, very quiet Negative points: sand in the mushrooms at dinner and the sheets kept coming off the bed while I slept

Room disappointing and restaurant unattended during breakfast

As returning customer having stayed in the hotel a number of times, both the room and service were disappointing. Paying for a privilege room the room was no bigger than a standard room towels were very worn. During breakfast there were not staff to be found in the restaurant food was not replenished coffee machine did not work and when reception were approached they were not eager to replenish food.
