The hotel and room was correct but the air condition was not working. We said twice to the reception girl but she was very rude and she told us that to her screen is ok .We asked to come to check but she didnt care. We slept with kids in a very cold winter day without heating and we were in that hotel just to sleep .

We understand that the room felt cold to you, although our system confirmed that the heating was functioning normally and set within the standard comfort range of 19°C to 22°C. We would also like to clarify that our reception staff is not responsible for the operation of the heating system. They did exactly what they are supposed to do: check the system status, which showed everything working properly — even if the screen didn’t match the temperature you felt. Easy access to/from Paris Beauvais airport, a safe five minute walk across the car park. However, the hotel itself is very basic. Did the job for me for a short stay over between flights.
