Staff not very good

Thank you for your comment. Our staff did exactly what they are trained to do: verify that the reservation matches the number of guests arriving. When a booking is made for 3 people and 4 people show up, some questions are naturally going to be asked. For your next stay, making the reservation for the correct number of guests from the start would certainly make the check-in process smoother for everyone involved. Comfortable hotel, however, I wish I had checked the location of our room, which turned out to be above the reception area. Guests were arriving until very late, so we were kept awake by slamming of car doors and loud voices. We had to get up at 0415hrs for our flight, so very little sleep. The reception staff were very pleasant though.

Tiny room, hard bed, hard pillow, very expensive for what it was, long walk for an airport hotel. I'd rather just take an Uber or bus into Paris even if it's a late flight next time.
