Basically a hostel communal bathrooms and ac was full blast woke up shivering multiple times with many layers on and no thermostat in room.

Bonjour Leah, merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire. Après chaque contrôle de chambre, par souci d'écologie, nous mettons le chauffage sur confort mais peut-être n'était-ce pas assez chaud à votre convenance. Comme notre hôtel est ouvert en permanence il aurait fallu en informer le réceptionniste qui aurait fait le nécessaire pour que votre séjour vous soit plus chaleureux. Il existe aussi des chambres "cabrio" qui se composent d'un grand lit et de douches et toilette privatives. Nous sommes navrés que votre séjour ne vous ait pas satisfait. Bien cordialement, Valérie

We booked a room 1h before arriving at the hotel. We arrived around midnight and a nice lady was at the front desk. All information were clear, the room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Room stunk of smoke. Despite advertised as non smoke. Pile of cigarette butt's below window outside. Well located. Clean. Very small room. So unpleasant sleeping with the very strong cigarette smoke not improved with window open
