While Staff helpful & we didn’t expect anything fancy as a one star. The bottom bunks weren’t cleaned under mattress at all - lockers not wiped down plus a half eaten croissant in a bag in one locker!. Expected basic breakfast but not sure why bothered putting out the minimal items -very cheap cornflakes only small teaspoon to eat. - no taste to orange juice, nasty apple juice & rock hard only mini bread roll, mini bread style croissant not pastry, funny taste coffee. All n all not even worth the €3 charge just avoid (but around corner there is a lovely a bakery building around front to left. ) if car useful parking is handy - great to have 6 beds in room plus plenty plugs) we didn’t realise no aircon - 5 of us in a room nearly cooked in high 20s temp plus drinks machine out of order ( was no self check in kiosk)

Bonjour Leah, merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire. Après chaque contrôle de chambre, par souci d'écologie, nous mettons le chauffage sur confort mais peut-être n'était-ce pas assez chaud à votre convenance. Comme notre hôtel est ouvert en permanence il aurait fallu en informer le réceptionniste qui aurait fait le nécessaire pour que votre séjour vous soit plus chaleureux. Il existe aussi des chambres "cabrio" qui se composent d'un grand lit et de douches et toilette privatives. Nous sommes navrés que votre séjour ne vous ait pas satisfait. Bien cordialement, Valérie

Stayed for two separate nights (stayed somewhere else in-between) and found bedbugs under the bed on the second night. Left since it was the middle of the night and reception was empty, emailed the hotel afterwards and they were very dismissive and rude. Would not recommend.

On arrival, smokers hanging out of room windows having fags, deals going on in the car park and a general feel of a rough "hostel". To be fair the receptionist was helpful. Ultimately we donated our up front payment and stayed elsewhere.

Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much, finally got to sleep after some sort of machine that was humming away got turned off at about midnight. Breakfast mmm, more like lack of, very hard rolls, and brioche was just 2 crust and until asked staff if there was more and she only put out 4 slices which we had, as 2 of us, when it says all you can eat breakfast, that is debatable, and this was before 9am on a Saturday where breakfast is till 10:30. Would I stay again, no I would not.

Good evening, I am sorry that your stay was not to your liking. Regarding breakfast, I put some brioche in the place provided for this purpose and you rushed to take it and go out to the terrace while I had not finished filling it and as for the noise it is the ventilation which is very useful in the rooms but which we turn off so that the guests can sleep peacefully. Hôtel bien situé en zone commerciale et à quelques de 2 lignes de bus (super). Seule remarque, la vue sur la benne à déchets de l'hôtel Ibis situé à un vingtaine de mètres !!!
