I can't imagine bed bug in this 21st century in a hotel of such facility I work up as at 2am with body looking on the bed and blanket bed bug every where hat has sucked my blood I had sent pictures to your mail the entire building should be fumigated. I pray I carry some to my house...I kill over 15 on one bed....room 228. Its a shame in a develop country.

I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my most sincere apologies. We would like to remind you that our hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Did you inform the night receptionist directly, who would have done what was necessary to ensure that your stay was not totally disappointing? Unfortunately, this has become a recurring problem: for several months now there has been a resurgence of bedbugs in France and the rest of the world, even in 2024. Bed bugs can be caught in certain infested public places, especially busy places such as hotels, cinemas, trains, etc. Unfortunately, we don't know where they come from. Rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to solve the problem and prevent this inconvenience from happening again. Our sincere apologies again, Valérie

location is near the bus to bva airport, experience make sense for the low price, okay if you are looking for a place to layover for one night. room is not clean, hair in the beddings which is not mine and on the floor, cigarette stains on the wall, sink inside room also not clean. staffs are nice:)

No sinks for toilets!
