I booked a twin room. this we did not get. we arrived at midnight, after a dellayed flight. we were very tired and not mentally able to complain. we always book a twin room wherever we stay. also some porson woke us up by knocking at our door at 3.00am we were both frightened, my wife rang reception and was told that another guest had lost their room key. the receptionist never came to our room to check that we were okay. we had very little sleep after that.

We thank you for this feedback following your last stay with us. After having checked all informations, the type of room you have booked is: 1 Double bed + Sofa Bed Room. This is not a twin room. We would have had no difficulty to change the room at any time. Regarding the incident that occurred in the middle of the night, unfortunately these things can happen but the hotel is perfectly secure and no one could have entered your room. We wouldn't have allowed ourselves to enter your room either. Our team is at your disposal at any time of the day in the event of a problem. We thank you again for this feedback and hope to see you again during a future stay.

too far from airport. not convenient at all.

Unless we are mistaken, our website lists the following airport access information: "Access: 3.6 km / 1 hour on foot / 4 minutes by car": this information is available and visible via the "Access and Transport" section. The words "Proximity to the airport (approximately 4 km) with public shuttle access" are also visible. The address of our hotel is also correct. It is in a location close to the airport Beauvais, price does not corespond to the quality, very high.

Regarding the rate that you indicate as "very high" : after calculating all discounts, you get the room at the rate of 82,65€, which seems to us to be completely correct and reasonable for a 3-star hotel. Bad smell in the room, without any comfort in the room, dirty plates and glasses at the breakfast, practically no food at breakfast (just some old croissants), dirty spaces (tables, chairs etc.), no personnel ... and above all this a very very ugly welcome. Overall an awful experience!
