Male employees are very rude.

Dear Sir, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear you had a good stay. However, we were surprised by your comment regarding our male staff, as there were no issues raised during your stay and our team always aims to treat guests with respect and professionalism. We would also like to clarify that a significant water leak occurred in the room you occupied, which unfortunately caused flooding in three other rooms below. This incident was not reported to our reception, and you checked out earlier than expected. The manager’s follow-up call was intended only as a polite conversation to understand the situation, to ensure we could properly address the damages caused. We appreciate your understanding. We really enjoy this hotel! Of a particular note, it is very clean, very well kept, and it is staffed with wonderful people. The front desk staff helped us to extend our stay when our plans changed. We cannot thank them enough and we are so happy we found this hotel.
