It's great to know that the cold sparkling water and ironing area were convenient for you as well. Regarding your missing sunglasses. We understand your concern and have thoroughly investigated the matter with our housekeeping and management teams. After a detailed review of the situation, we can confirm that the sunglasses were not found in our hotel nor sunglasses were taken by any of our team member. We have a strict protocol in place for handling this kind of situations.
