Generally it was a good stay. 3rd night on the 1st floor, I was woken by a telephone ringing continuously in a neighbours room. Guessing it was a wake up call and the person would not wake. The phone range probably for 15min in total. Requested items from room service...restaurant was out of multiple items which where in the menu (prosecco, lays).

It was a real pleasure to stay in Boleslawiec. Hotel has lots of services, you can directly access city pool from the building, it has two restaurants and bowling and the rooms are very comfy and in unique 'dotted' style.

I have been visiting this hotel since it was founded and I can see some details are getting lost: Variety in breakfast and amenities in the room. It is not critical, but it is a "heads up" into them.

- interior design - no working spotify, youtube, radio stations on tv, - no ventilation in bathrooms - I lost my sunglasses, which I left on the table in my room. In the morning sunglasses was there and after returning from work in the afternoon it was not there. On that day cleaning was ordered ;'( + perfect breakfast (everyday something new) + cold sparkling water in a corridor + ironing area + comfortable and big bed + coffee and tea in room + good air conditioner + trash in the room (not only in the bathroom) + a large number of towels
