1sr room was way to small considering the rate it goes for, asked for a upgrade which we got but no where near as the room we had the 1st time we stayed there, waitress was rude. Wont be staying there again if can help it.

I called the hotel three times asking for additional accrual of reward points for staying at the hotel, as the owner of the Platinum Accor loyalty program card, the hotel still has not done this.
