We stayed here because of SPA and swim pool All is very clean but has not enough space for all people who were there In general hotel is very good Additionally I would like to thank the waiter at restaurant for congratulating me on my birthday during the breakfast, it was very unexpected

My stay at the Mercure Congress in Kiev was wonderful. Excellent amenities and great shopping nearby. The meals in the hotel restaurant were fantastic. The staff were always very helpful.

Comfortable beds. A bath in the room is a plus. However, unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the room. In addition, a small sauna and spa area in general. Non-working light switches, dark room. If we abstract from the cockroaches and light switches, the room was generally quite comfortable and pleasant to look at. But the disadvantages significantly affected the overall experience. There was also a lack of communication from the staff about recreational/meal options at the hotel.

The rooms were well maintained and provides a quiet environment for a safe and comfortable stay. The restaurant food was also tasty and true value for money. The stay was for business and short and hence couldn't explore other facilities available in the hotel
