Nice, clean room with all the amenities. Had a pleasant experience with the staff at the front desk. This hotel is part of a shopping mall and has easy access to public transportation

Mercure Kyiv Congress is located circumference of the town, you can access from Kyiv-Pasazhyrsky station, 10 min by taxi or 30 min by metro. And there is shopping center next door to the hotel, very convenient(opens until 23:00). || Front desk staff is polite, but not friendly, some of the are not good at English. I had no chance of communication. And it is so dark at the lobby (**it might be caused by power saving, unavoidable) || Cabin has double bed, TV, mini refrigerator and more, furnished with the necessities. But there is no tooth brush and shaver, you need to prepare in advance. || In the breakfast they are serving western and local cuisines, but it is not various. Restaurant is also gloomy, it is not comfortable.(don't feel tasty) || When I checked in, credit card terminal was not working, a receptionist asked me paying by cash … before that, she had to call maintenance or technician. I'm understanding the status of this country/city, however, according to the review by earlier guest, some issues has not solved from before.
