Good hotel in the city centre, very helpful receptionists especially Mariia and Vitalii. Clean room and safe( they inform about the danger in the hotel and there are shelters nearby).

The standard room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pleasant and offered variety. Breakfast hours were convenient. The location is excellent in terms of access to the train station, public transportation, and many, many food options (from grocery store to takeout food to sit down dining). Most of all the staff is professional and very pleasant to interact with.
