The room was very clean, I had coffee and tea making in the room. I also had a fridge which was useful. The hotel is near the bus and railway stations and the city is easy to reach using Bolt, an app which is very good as your taxi knows where you are, you pay in advance and upload your photo so the driver knows it’s you and you get a photo of the driver + reg no.-very secure. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was what I expected, no complaints. The hotel is near shops and a supermarket plus fast food outlets nearby. The hotel also has a bomb shelter in the basement which was used quite frequently! All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
