The hotel is very well located, close to the railway station, which was extremely convenient. The reception desk is open 24/7. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The hotel was warm and comfortable, with a constant supply of electricity and hot water, which is especially valuable in Kyiv under the current circumstances. The hotel has a generator and there is also a shelter available. I would be happy to stay here again.
