We would like to clarify that our hotel is equipped with a generator providing full backup power, which ensures uninterrupted electricity, lighting, water supply, and fully functioning facilities in all guest rooms and public areas, even during power outages. For this reason, we were concerned to read about the difficulties you mentioned. May we kindly ask whether you contacted our reception team during your stay to report these issues? Our front desk operates 24/7 and is always ready to assist and resolve any concerns promptly. Regarding accessibility, we would like to note that the hotel does not provide wheelchairs, as each guest may have individual mobility requirements and specific needs. However, the property is fully equipped with all necessary facilities for guests with disabilities, including wide elevators, a lowered reception desk, and specially adapted rooms.
