I have stayed at Ibis Kyiv Railway Station numerous times and the quality and staff are consistently top-notch. We choose to stay before and after travel because of complicated logistics right now, and it's always a huge plus to leave well-rested and well fed. Despite a busy location it is always quiet in our room and very clean.

I only stay at Ibis when I travel. This trip was a very emotionally challenging one for me, and the staff really made my day. They made everything so easy and smooth, and offered me a quick check-in even though I had booked the room only a couple of hours prior. They truly exceeded my expectations. This place makes me excited to go to Kyiv. I’ve never been anywhere that makes me feel more at home. Many thanks to the young man and woman at the reception during my stay. Also many thanks to the gentleman at the bar who made my extra-strong coffee and took good care of all my needs. I’m grateful for everyone who works here. Also, as a side note: the pillows are incredibly comfortable.
