My stay was very pleasant and wished I could have stayed longer. The front desk staff were always courteous and friendly. When I had a question or a need, I was given follow up. The housekeeping staff was punctual, and thorough in their servicing of the room. They took pride in their work and were always pleasant to me. The Restaurant staff were great. Dmitriy always met me with a handshake and a smile. He was always courteous and diligent in his work. Dmitri clearly loves his work and projects a positive image of the hotel. Arash was always nice and would greet me upon my arrival. He was very courteous and seemed to always be busy behind the bar performing tasks. Arash does a great job. Alina was great, she would acknowledge your arrival at the hotel with a smile and a wave. She was always prompt to take orders and was courteous through all interactions. Iryna always stays busy bussing tables and cleaning surfaces for hotel customers who come to the restaurant for meals. Iryna can always be seen multi tasking during her shift and is friendly and approachable. Iryna is a true professional that cares about her job and the dedication needed to keep the restaurant running. From performing housekeeping, to taking orders or servicing coffee machines to keep them running, Iryna clearly shows that she is the "go to" person and a beacon for others to follow. Iryna is proactive in her job and seems to be always scanning the work area to ensure the hotel customers have the best experience during their stay. Because of the tireless dedication and quality of service by these mentioned and other staff, I will always consider Ibis for all of my future stays.

The curb appeal as you approach the IBIS is pleasant with adequate greenery, no trash and safe access. The lobby is robust and staffed both at the front desk and dining facility.
