I had a great stay at ibis Kyiv City Center. Everything went smoothly, and the entire staff was helpful and kind. Roman, the waiter, has a great sense of humor and provided excellent service. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and the reception team was fast and professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience ❣️
