It is cold in the hotel

At ibis we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We are very sorry to hear that your room felt cold during your stay. Unfortunately, the central heating in the city has not yet been turned on, which affects all buildings in the area. To make our guests more comfortable, we provided additional heaters in the rooms.
