Dear Kateryna, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for what happened during the final hours of your stay. What you described is completely unacceptable and falls far below the standards of service and respect for guest privacy that we strive to uphold. Under no circumstances should work have been started in your room without your explicit consent, especially while your personal belongings remained inside. We are equally disappointed that your concerns were not addressed with the care, empathy, and urgency they deserved when you reported the incident to our reception team. Please be assured that we are investigating this matter internally with both the maintenance and front office teams to understand how such a serious lapse occurred and to ensure that similar situations cannot happen again in the future. We deeply regret that this experience overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay and left you with such a negative final impression.
