I have stayed at Ibis City Center Kyiv MANY times, and will always go back there. Great location, great staff, great restaurant. Very comfortable rooms. Can't beat it for the price. Highly recommend this place for cost conscious travelers.

Overal hotel is great, location is very convenient. But the shower room is awfully desinged, old and broken. 1. To open and enter the shower cabin - there is no space, door is taking all empty space in the room blocking enterence while open. Person has to push its body into the wall or hang in the corner over the toilet to let door pass and enter the shower cabin. 2. Water is constantly leaking from the shower cabin through cracks in shower doors and walls. As a result water all over the floor in the room. 3. Due to water on the floor and high humidity - there is smell and singes of mold in the room. Also present some tiny flyes mb due to it as well. I like your hotel and staying at it during my trips to Kyiv since 2014. But it seems that some renovations is urgently needed.
