Extremely disappointing experience. On the day of my checkout, someone unlocked and started opening my room door. When I asked who it was and why they were entering, the response was: “Oh, I’m just checking.” This is a serious violation of privacy and guest safety. A guest could be changing clothes, using the bathroom, or have personal belongings and valuables in the room. Entering an occupied room without permission is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values privacy and security.

My stay would have been great, if not the situation that happened on my last day, few hors before the checkout. Few men came to my door and told me they need to change the door locks system. I have told them that I am checking out in a few hours and they can do it after. They said they need to finish the floor. I did not agree to them start doing this in my room. I went for a breakfast just to return to my room being fully open and the job started without my consent! All my personal belongings were there and I could not close the door and had men in my room for the next 40 min. This is not just not ok it is UNACCEPTABLE. After I complained about it to the reception they just told me I should have been notified, that's it. No care in the world. Absolutely ruined my mood.

I stayed here the night of May 24 during a massive drone and missile attack on Kyiv. I had to spend the night in the shelter instead of in my room. I was impressed by the well organized shelter. I was also surprised that there was a breakfast buffet the next morning! I think everyone would have understood if there had not been breakfast or maybe a later breakfast. The employees here go above and beyond!
