I have been staying here for a few months now and I have been extremely pleased with all of the staff and the hotel. They all give 100% in their performance and are always very welcoming. The front staff are always professional and courtious. Housekeepers keep everything extremely neat and clean, the restaurant staff are amazing and I always enjoy talking to them, and the food is great. I will continue to enjoy my stay and I know I will always remember this place when it comes time for me to depart. It's been amazing being able to witness their professionalism and natural ability to exceed expectations even during an unfathomable situation ongoing within Ukraine which proves that they have what it takes.
