The staff was great, but that pole in my room makes the room unusable. I had to go awkwardly around it repeatedly and it made the experience unacceptable.

Very small. No place to put suitcase, no closet, no room to even walk between beds. Bathroom very small, difficult to find a place for my items. Area was sketchy. I was afraid to leave the hotel

The staff were all amazing from reception to room service and food area. Security was very good,the hotel has been refurbished in the food area and looks very modern and welcoming,I felt so comfortable and at home see you all soon

I had a wonderful birthday staycation at Ibis Styles! The staff were warm and welcoming, the room beautiful and airy, breakfast at Utamu Restaurant was such a treat, as were the cocktails and bitings at The Roof. I’ll definitely be back!

The room was way too small. No decent sitting area beyond the bed. In my room the floors were filthy dirty, I have photos. Tge wait staff in the rooftop restaurant could not speak or understand English very well. Really bad experience.
