Ideal location for walks. Large room situated off main hotel. Towels in bathroom for one although a set in wardrobe! Reasonably clean room. Large, comfortable bed. Lovely food in restaurant.

Generally good Two 'negatives'. 1. Having a shower in the bath with no slip mat & no handle for older people to hold onto getting out. It was also just a rain shower head, no hand held one. 2. Originally only two wooden hangers in the wardrobe with 2 random plastic ones left by visitors. Not ideal for a couple staying 4 nights. Magically, these plastic ones were replaced by wooden ones during our stay!

Secure storage for our bicycles, nice large room with comfy beds. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't vouch for the food. Very nice hotel for the price point, would recommend this place for any type of traveller.

We were supposed to have a family room (2 adults and 2 kids) and when arrived although we contacted the hotel by mail (non response) we figure our two boys are supposed to sleep on a tiny sofa with a blanket used as a mattress. We had to beg to have a additional bed for our boys and it took an hour of negociation to be able to have a decent bed.

Due to the room’s design and health and safety regulations, we are unfortunately unable to provide three separate beds in the same room or make changes to the room layout. We understand that this may not have met your expectations, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We also acknowledge that there was a delay while our staff explained these limitations. However, we are pleased that, ultimately, an additional bed was provided for your children at no extra cost. We appreciate your understanding that our team must follow the health and safety requirements and the room’s design limitations. We stopped for 3 nights over the end of July heatwave. The air conditioning was a life saver. The staff were very professional, and also very friendly and helpful. We only ate in the hotel one evening. We had pizza which was lovely, though slightly pricey. The bed wad SOOOOOO comfortable.
