First our room was not ready when we arrived around 1.30 only one room was ready Second- I booked 2 rooms, as a family was expecting rooms to be available on same level but 1 was on level 2 and another in level 3 Third- customer service was terrible. But of smile on front line staff would be appreciated.

In regards to the rooms not being ready upon arrival, our advertised check-in time is 3pm. Whilst we try to accommodate early check-ins it is not something we can guarantee, especially on busy days. The whole check in process is a mess. Buses a. cones blocked all the spaces for loading a. unloading. There is no valet or bellman to help guests. After we told the person at the reception desk that we need help with our luggage he disappeared.

It seems your arrival happened at the same time as one of our tour groups. We always try to leave room for car arrivals but I appreciate that it does feel congested when the buses are there. We had a great and informative welcome - we were given several options for activities - we had a great room on the top floor overlooking the lake. Nice breakfast and a quick departure. The town does love up to it’s reputation - and we found great restaurants on Eat Street a short walk away.

Well appointed hotel in a prime location. Comfortable room, delicious daily breakfast and walking distance to most areas. The neighborhood was full of nice shops, restaurants and walking paths. The staff was friendly and very professional.
