The stay was very expensive, but the service did not match the price. There was no support to help with luggage, and car parking was charged separately, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, there was a terrible smell in the morning that affected our comfort. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

We had a technical issue upon arrival; however, Manager Gurvinder resolved it promptly and turned it around. The staff were very friendly and professional. In addition to the good service, the hotel is well-located. I highly recommend Lakeside Novotel.
