Not a 4-star hotel I have had cleaner bathrooms in a backpackers

We stayed there last two days ..experienced was so bad very old furniture and bathrooms can’t say it’s 5star hotel..but the staff specifically manager is very helpful to customers…I think he is the only person who this hotel running as a business

Check in delayed two hours. Carpet stained and had holes. Windows noisey. Shower not draining. Dirty.
