Novotel has a very grand entrance, an upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a little bit early and our room was ready for us. The room was very clean & tidy, well equipped with essentials, and plenty of towels, which I love. The only thing I will note, as there were 2 king beds, one was very close to the wall, and very hard to get in and out of, with my partner sleeping next to me. The food was very impressive, and they thought of every dietary requirement. The pools were great, as they were covered, and could still be enjoyed in the rain. This was a lovely addition to our stay.
