I truely enjoyed my stay at the Novotel, the room was spacious and modern with beautiful view of the lake. The position is in the main city centre which makes it easy to walk to restaurants and the main spas.

All was standard. Unfortunately when we had left our passports in safe and travelled 1 hour, part way to next destination we called to organise. Trying to help team said courier was organised so would arrive on-time to us for our flights, I said I could return or taxi to us but assured was booked. On calling to find this morning our important items were not yet collected so would definitely not get to us to make our flights, making us have to make a 6 hour round trip with kids to collect so we could continue, thus missing making use of our last full day of our holiday.
