This is one of the worst Novotel we stayed in our beautiful trip to NZ . The hotel is dirty and very dated ! The room is old and smelly . The pillow is awful! As gold accor member’s this one of my worst hotel I stayed with

Only when we checked in the staff was sweet otherwise everybody was very rude the cleaning of the rooms never happened properly even once despite of mentioning they didn’t do it properly the towels were dirty overall a super bad experience being novotel as a name.

Our stay wasnt good, the AC in the room was not working and we felt the heat, when called the reception was told that its going to start slowly however whole night it wasnt cool at all. Didnt expected this however tried calling reception around 9pm no one was there to answer calls. Pathetic service very disappointed…

No valet parking, no one to help with luggage. You guys should be prepared for international travellers who come with long plans and huge luggage suit cases. Atleast have a valet to park cars (charge for it) and a bell boy to help with luggage. Also your breakfast team is bad. The guys are more interested in removing the plates than helping anyone with anything. Over all poor service team. Poor hospitality.
