I had very high expectations going in. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were outdated, poorly maintained, and did not reflect the photos shown online at all. The difference between the advertised images and the actual condition of the hotel was significant—had I seen accurate photos, I would not have booked. Cleanliness and overall room quality were below standard, and one of our rooms had a broken toilet that would not flush and was leaking. Despite reporting this issue, it was not properly resolved, forcing us to use the bathroom in another room for the duration of our stay. Most of the staff we encountered came across as unhelpful and dismissive, which added to the frustration. The only exception was Swetha, who was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to assist us when we reported the issue. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would not stay here again.

Onthe whole this was a great experience for me and my son. We loved the pool, spa and gym. The room was comfy and had a good view of the water. It would be great to add a sauna to your offerings one day :) However one problem was we couldn't get onto the wifi. We tried and tried and it never worked. We went onto hotspotting and mobile data but it was a pain. Also a very small thing, but at the breakfast the berries were all frozen. This seemed odd as you wouldn't normally eat frozen stuff. The chef was nice however as we asked for a poached egg that was not over cooked and she went away and did that. I appreciated that.
