Staff were friendly but the place was shabby. Our basin tap fell off and nobody fixed it. The carpets were dirty as were the hot tubs. At breakfast the berries were still frozen and the pastries were stale. Very disappointing.

The staff are friendly and response to requests are prompt. But the hotel facilities are very old. There’s a perpetual queue for the washers and driers, which do not show the time remaining in their routines. Worst of all, I was bitten by bed bugs from the linens on my bed. This is the worst hotel experience ever, literally.

Checked in time at 2 we checked in after 3, rooms were not ready till more than an hour after. We had to continuously check to see if our room was ready. Towels at pool area were not available advised reception but took too long as we had to wait a while in the hot tub before calling someone in the room for towels and bathroom extraction fan not operational
