We had a technical issue upon arrival; however, Manager Gurvinder resolved it promptly and turned it around. The staff were very friendly and professional. In addition to the good service, the hotel is well-located. I highly recommend Lakeside Novotel.

Great location, central to everything. Rooms were great and bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and all staff were so friendly.

It was pleasant with a comfortable room. However the hallways are very dark and not welcoming. The tea-making facilities are also lacking. Also having to pay for parking is a bit off
