We were upgraded to a Lakeview room on an upper floor. The room was comfortable and clean - although a little tired in places.... The breakfast was good and the Dining room meal at night was superb - a pity more customers were not there to enjoy!

The location was great for our stay in rotorua but the walls are a bit thin and ou can hear the outside and other guests even with the windows closed.
