For the cost of the room I felt that the bathrooms needed to be cleaned they lacked cleaniness in the grouting of the tiles and chrome. The reception lady that I had was not helpful with explanation of car parking and did not help with the process so ended up being charged double for two nights when I only was there for one night. I was told not there problem and to take it up with the car parking company. Also you had to join the website for interenet access, which is ridiculous as this should only need a password, not actually sign up for Hotel. For me I would not recommend staying there and would not rebook at there Hotels. When I looked up booking.com there were many comments along the same lines as me. They should take note and remedy the issues. The particular town I stayed was Rotorua.

The location and facilities (fitness centre, spa and pools) were great. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a great stay. We really appreciated the staff extending our check out time by 1 hour, it was extremely helpful and the kindness went a long way.
