The housekeeping could be much better - the cupboards had a layer of dust and the mini fridge handle had a few crumbs dropped in them. Cleaning of the room was not thorough and should be improved! We have always stayed here in Novotel because our kids enjoy swimming in the indoor pool and spa and loved the buffet breakfast the next morning - was just a little disappointed this time round. The hash brown were overly cooked and very thin. Kids missed the kids’ movie ‘Space Jam’ because the doors were locked to the movie room - they ended up not wanting to watch it.

We had a great one night family stay at the Novotel - location was excellent - right across from the lake and playground and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable, very quiet, with excellent beds and amazing showers. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tubs. While we didn't use the gym, this looked well set up and bigger than most hotel gyms. Breakfast was very busy (school holidays) but we all enjoyed the variety on offer. While the hotel is tired in some places, this was still an overall great value for money stay.
